Soooo pushy demanding phone number and email address and not wanting to take no for an answer. Won’t be back, I will shop online. Such an easy win today, I already looked online and knew what I wanted… yet your sales team failed. Total turn-off being hassled beyond a simple “no”.

I got what I needed, but they didn't have the previous scents which they rotate, so if you get comfortable with a fragrance you better bulk up or it will be gone!!

Good customer service and product Location is 2nd floor up the stairs from jcpenney or the food court The only disappointing thing is that they have turned off instore pickup on their website I left my son with a babysitter so I could go shop. I made my selections but the line was too long and I had to turn back without purchasing. I really wish they had instore pickup, it would improve the store experience for both shoppers and employees.

I had a good experience here. The staff told me about a deal if I bought two more hand sanitizers, which I did. She went for the up-sell and it worked. She was very friendly. We had a nice conversation, so much so that another customer joined in. She had excellent customer service. Everyone who works here has excellent customer service. Always spend more than I was planning in. Staff is very friendly, outgoing, and pro-active. All are well trained.

Thank you for introducing this store to me! This is a hidden gem. Men you need to step your game up. This store is not only for the ladies anymore. Great product selection on home fragrances, and they even some masculine scents for men. Great personal service from a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good sale going on now!

Great place. Well stocked. Friendly staff. Terry was a great help today. Please get coffee beans in the store I couldn’t clear my nose to try new scents AND please bring back moonlight path wallflowers and room spray. Pretty please!?!

Seriously, their candles and hand soaps are the best. I don't buy from any where else. Just have to watch for a sell! You can normally find the candles for under $13 which is a good deal! The scent of the candles are perfect no where what you choose. People always comment on how good my house smells when I use the Vanilla Bean. My personal favorite is Sweater Weather and it's back in store for fall time!
