Thumbs down! Pizza and Pasta that was supposed to be ready in 15 min took 49 more minutes after I arrived to pick up! Why? Terrible service! Pizza was cold, and had been sitting there all that time. Some worker acknowledged that my pizza was cold and offered to "nuke it". Really? Tammy or Tracy ignored my request for serive and a refund. Did absolutely nothing. Not to mention how disgusting it was; flavorless, no sauce, putrid chicken This place is s--!

Yeah pizza is expensive- I ordered two large pizzas and 24 boneless wings. 54$ wow talk about inflation but when your paying that kind of money CAN YOU XOVER THE WINGS WITH SAUCE!! Those wings were as dry as popcorn, cheap real CHEAP

This last order was very bad. Three pizzas - the crust was somewhat stale, very little sauce, and several of the pieces on the pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni at all. Very disappointed and will definitely be going somewhere else next time.

First of all a "service charge" is downright ridiculous! BUT to ask for a tip on a carry out order just takes it way too far. All this tipping B.S. these days has got to stop! I can justify tipping when an order is delivered but on a carry out? Please.

The staff always greet me with a smile when I pick up my pizza, which is almost always ready in about 15 minutes after ordering. Definitely my location of choice for Pizza Hut.

The person I spoke to on the phone told me to give the incorrect cold pizza to the driver and they would dispose of it. No way I was going to not eat with my family while waiting for the correct pizza. I ate some of it and kept the rest as I should have done. Do better!
