Worst Walgreens I have ever been to ever. It is very disorganized. Waited 20 after checking in for curbside pick up no one showed up, called the store as directed on their website and someone said I will send someone, and no one came for next 10 mins and I finally went in and no one was their at pick up location. This store should be closed as this was the worst Walgreens experience I have ever had unlike any other Walgreens. Should be closed or manager should be fired ASAP!

For the times that I have been in the area and stopped by, the register staff have been friendly to me. You do need to make sure that the sales prices ring up correctly, but that is true for any store that you visit. I have not had any issues with any of the team members at this location.

Poor customer service. I visited them 3 times and still haven’t got my prescription filled. This is the third time visiting the pharmacy, stood in line, the tech verified my info and confirmed that the prescription is filled but they cannot dispatch it since it’s their lunch time. Seriously!! You couldn’t afford to spend another minute with a customer out of courtesy. I rather take my prescription to Albertosons pharmacy where customer service is their number one priority.

This location seems to be most disorganized. If you try to send money on Western Union they always have to find somebody who knows how to do it even though it's a simple process and the worst part is when I made an appointment online for a Pfizer booster shot and the flu shot except that when I go there at the appointed time they said they had run out of Pfizer vaccine! And the person behind the Pharmacy Counter suggested that I call around to find another place that might have it! One would think they could have notified me so I didn't make the trip for nothing! Never again for any reason will I visit Walgreens!

This is used to be THE BEST pharmacy but for at least the last 6mos it has turned into THE WORST!!! Scripts are never ready when they are supposed to be, they are rude when you question they why not, they have 30+ min wait times on hold to talk to someone ad then you get HUNG UP ON!! We get almost $10,000 A MONTH in scripts for all of our meds so I will happily take them elsewhere at this time.... oh and God forbid you have 2 insurances. Save yourself the headaches and frustration and go somewhere else!!!! I've been with Walgreens for OVER 10yrs and this store was enough to make me move them ALL!!!! Its a HUGE process but SO worth it when you get your meds ON TIME and a place has good customer service.... not to mention you will actually be able to speak to a pharmacist who will take time to answer questions...

Went twice to get a flu shot with an appointment- both times I waited 20-30 minutes with no assistance. Left both times and I will NEVER go back!!!! One thing I will say is the employees are doing their job as best they can - this is a complete management failure!!!

The pharmacy is ridiculously slow all the time! We have tried picking up our prescriptions a couple times now but gave up after waiting 30+ minutes just to pick up prescriptions that we already confirmed were ready. The drive through seems to be even slower then waiting in line with 10+ people in the store. Don’t waste your time! Pick any other pharmacy anywhere!!

This place is a nightmare. One pharmacist and one tech? Shut down drive thru and long wait times? This whole corporation sucks. I just hung up on corporate after being on hold for literally 45 minutes. This is basically a hostage situation bc insurance makes us choose one of 2-4 mostly awful companies. The C level of Walgreens is so disconnected from the customer experience. The customer's hate you and the employees hate you. Now I have to hear an ad for hiring when I call you. You guys are AWFUL. NO ONE WANTS TO WORK FOR YOU.

The night cashier didn't take my coupon even though it wasn't expired and wasn't meant to be towards a purchase of any kind in specific. And the other tall manager or whoever he is, is rude and has poor customer service. Last time coming to this location even though it's 2 minutes from my home. I'd rather drive 10 or 15 minutes and get good customer service.

I bought two different types of braces for my foot. One size fits all. I took one out and it was so small I wouldn’t even try to put it on. Tried taken it back- nope would not do it because it came from the pharmacy dept. It’s ridiculous less than an hour of purchase, and you can’t return it. Don’t think I will be shopping here again.
