This one star review is directed at the older gentleman working Tuesday morning, July 26, 2022 around 8:00am. Do not offer to help people if you want to be demeaning and rude. I knew what I needed and just needed the location in the store to find it. I did not need you to be sarcastic when you asked me questions and I answered them. You are a jerk and have changed my opinion of this location.

This is my "go to" place! I have been a patron for several years and it never disappoints! Wide selection, helpful staff and very efficient. I particularly enjoy Diana T. who is always beyond helpful, professional and friendly. Makes the trip even easier! Thank you!

Had scarce pieces I needed to repair my fluorescent lights. Friendly staff. Reminds me of an old fashion hardware store. Can be expensive but sometimes they are the best option as they can go deeper into a specialist category than the big box stores.

Just atrocious customer service. Lowes and Home Depot are right down the street, go there. There’s one older woman who works the cash register and she’s the least helpful person on the planet. At one point when trying to spend $1,000 on yard equipment their register had problems. One guy said “Hey, let’s open the middle register, it works for sure.” The manager and the cashier said “No, he can just come back tomorrow.” Ace is usually so good, but this location is the worst. I won’t be back.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. First plants said 50% off only to find that is misleading because some setting in promotion are not marked down. Even manager said ad was misleading This was my second vist to store and both times customer service was not acceptable. I moved here from Boyd Texas and have used Ace Hardware there for several years and found them to be excellent.
