If I could give this place zero stars I would. Hosom the employee I dealt with was rude and made me regret instantly opening an account. Listen to the reviews. Do not open and account with PNC.

This transition has been miserable. As a small business PLEASE do not use them. I am transferring as soon as feasible. 90$ wire fee. 35$ for my employees to cash their checks their. It's not good practice at all. I'd like to update its not the people here. People are great. It's the company.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been coming to the branch for almost 2 years now. ( it’s the closest ) Most times encountering Mina Yasan, one of the tellers who lacks knowledge of basic job duties. All with a bad attitude. Seek another branch!

This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life. Nothing against this location, but I am locked out of my accounts and need to call 1-800 number in order to access it. The number tells me to call back during business hours. I need access to my account now, as I am preparing for a meeting in the morning. Also they have used covid as an excuse to give horrible customer service.

The service level at this bank since Covid has been terrible! The lobby is still closed while most other banks have opened their lobbies (at least at a limited capacity). I went to this branch on Saturday and their drive through was closed even though it says on the door that they are open as well as on their website. I have had 3 negative interactions where I could not get the service I needed through the drive through (one of these involved requesting a cashier's check which they said they could not do through the drive through). I knew this had to be wrong so I had to drive to another BBVA branch and was able to get the cashier's check. They are also limiting the amount you can withdraw per day through the drive through as they say its for security since they cant clearly see your face when you come through the drive through. I'm a 20 year customer and I will be seeking another bank in the future.

I am sitting here in the drive through BBVA compass bank. I have been sitting here for several minutes. Finally, a clerk comes to the window and states she must take cate of the customers inside prior to taking cars of me. This is understandable however, do they not have more than one clerk? Why is it that I have counted five customers before I had any attention?

We were directed here after the Melbourne branch did not have a notary on staff.they called ahead to confirm and told us they had one on a Saturday. It turned into a wasted trip and a noticeable lack of competent staff with the right tools for the job. Change banks!

I would like to thank the mid age man who took my deposit through the door today. Its Rent day and rushed from irving to this nearest location. This saved me 90.00 additional fee if it was not deposited today. Thank you for your kindness and Since I also had a cashiers check with account number on it then that was also convenient. I will always come back to this place..... and bless you all in Jesus name.....

Terrible customer service! I went through the drive thru to deposit half of a check and get the rest in cash. Teller didn't even ask what I needed and just assumed I need it all deposited when I asked her to stop and told her what I actually needed, she didn't say one word and just send deposit slips. This would have been fine if she would have communicated and not been so rude with her huff and puff through the speakers. There are 3 other Compass Banks around the area, my advice would be to go to the other ones.
