If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My transplant Doctor sent in a prescription and they just held it, never called me, emailed me, nothing! Meanwhile I'm two weeks without my Anti-rejection meds. Not to mention, I can get it from Walgreens cheaper with Goodrx!

The people that work here and answer the phones have to be the most incompetent people I have ever encountered. Their brains must be smooth. I have never had more issues trying to fill a prescription… the people do not communicate anything with the status of your NECESSARY prescription. My prescription did not arrive for over a week and each time I called there was a different reason for delay and I was told it would be delivered the next day. It never was. Do not order anything from this pharmacy even if your life quite literally depends on it, because you will not get it anyways. Not a single good experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I have to use this specialty pharmacy because the medication I need must be shipped to me each month. Every month it is the same run around. They say the medication needs a prior authorization, my doctors office sends the prior authorization the same day they send the prescription and noble still says that it’s not approved. They always blame the doctor or the insurance and I have to pay for it. Then the brand is $100 and the generic is $300. Every single month they try to say I have to take the brand even though if they would look back for the past 7 months I have been getting the brand and paying out of pocket. Usually they are very good about shipping it over night but this month they say it can’t be shipped out the same day and they can’t guarantee which day it will arrive at my house therefore I have to drive over an hour each direction to pick it up. The staff are rude and their customer service is horrible, today I was on hold for over 35 minutes! I finally hung up, called back to the providers option and they answered immediately. I’m looking into a different specialty pharmacy because this place clearly can’t be bothered to do anything!

Terrible service. When I first started with this program it was easy to use, but in the past 6 months, they want you to call every 4 weeks for refills, but the hold times are 20 min plus. I have been on hold for over 60 min in the past 2 days with no answer! I need this medication to avoid medical issues, so very upsetting to have such a barrier to my prescription.

I am forced to use this pharmacy by my insurance company. My meds have to have prior authorizations which are supposed to last a year. They tell me my meds need PA's when they are still in effect. They pass the buck to the doctors office or ProAct. They do not follow up. Their customer service is poor. The phone staff is rude and uncaring. I'm going to do everything in my power to lobby that they lose the contract with ProAct. It should not be this difficult to refill a prescription.

I had always been satisfied with Nobel Pharmacy until just recently. I wait on hold forever and then get hung up on. If I do get through I difficulty getting my prescription filled. The representative tries to put it through but gets a response that it has already been filled. Then they put me on hold before hanging up on me. I’m on attempt 7 and sitting here on hod once again!

For insurance reasons I must have my medication shipped from Noble. I have to deal with them monthly and it is never easy. To be fair, I have only ever interacted with the telephone staff and they are the reason for the single star. Occasionally it is a smooth transaction, but not often. My most recent phone call to them was just a few minutes ago. Today is Monday. I was calling to have my medication delivered on Thursday. I was told that my insurance won’t pay for my meds until Wednesday. Ok, so this is perfect. Ship on Wednesday, ok for insurance on Wednesday, receive Thursday, right? Not for these people. Her response? “You’ll have to call back on Wednesday and place the order then”. Are you kidding me? Is it too much work to take the order now and send it then? So now I have to go to work Wednesday and tell my boss I need to take a break to make a freaking phone call to take care of business that I should have taken care of today on my day off. Last month I missed two weeks of my medication because Noble needed paperwork from my doctor and from my insurance company. Their explanation? “We sent a fax requesting the form but they haven’t responded”. Then send another one!!!!! Make a phone call!!!! Follow up! Come ON people. Last name is McDermott.

I have been on a time sensitive, temperature controlled medication for years. I never had issues with any other pharmacy getting me my items timely besides this place. Customer service is awful, they don't call you for refills when you ask them, and they were always filling my item at the last second because I would call to follow up. I went through a different pharmacy recently because of my ongoing issues and received a call yesterday from Noble asking for a refill. Funny, it was due a month ago so thanks but no thanks. They don't seem to care that the medication is time sensitive. Very frustrating to work with and no one seems to know why things aren't timely which tells me that processes are clearly all over the place. Would recommend another specialty pharmacy whenever possible.
