Dropping review to one today. I started a Western Union transfer and think I can finish/pay any time at the register. They told me to come back after 10am. I think she is wrong. If I am corrected I will change my review back to three. Most of the time I go into this store expecting something I am disappointed. The lines are confusing, ATM is frequently out of order/money, the Western Union station is closed too early and the limit on cash withdrawals is too low. I think the average of 3.5 is about right to a little high!

Rite Aid Pharmacy is Fast and Efficient with filling your Prescriptions fast. And speed is Important, that's why I take Adderall and Gabapentin in the morning, it keeps Content Creators like me Focused for Hours throughout the 10 Hour Work Schedule. And after a Good days work. Without the Efficiency of Rite Aid, I wouldn't be able to pick up my Bottle of Seroquel and Klonopin, cuz after a hard day's work at the Studio. There is no better way to end a day and get some sleep with a Klonopin, Seroquel, and Clonidone get a good night's sleep, wake up and repeat.

Awful customer service. I called 10 times April 15 ,2022. . At 630. To 755. Just to be put on hold and rudely hung up on me over and over even when I said not to put me on hold This pharmacy employees lied to me on numerous occasions about filling different medications and caused me to end up in er 3 times now. I suggest all staff gets fired and rehire new ones. I'm one of 100,s of people who are experiencing these problems. Rite aid CEO has done NOTHING TO FIX PROBLEMS . HE SHOULD GO AS WELL. HOW CAN WE HAVE SUCH 😞 PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT ETHICAL FILLING OUR LIFE SAVING MEDS!!!!!

Thank you to the pharmacy for being so accommodating for my elderly parents with their COVID Boosters. Both times I’ve been there 2x and they have had patience and showed kindness.

It is alright. Very bright, clean and well stocked. The prices are a bit high sometimes, but it is a convenience shop. I try to get my flu shots/vaccines at this pharmacy when I can because it is normally a pretty painless experience. I do feel a bit bad for the cashiers however because they seem to abhor working there; not ever very friendly, but I cannot say that I can blame them.

Quite actually the worst pharmacy I would go anywhere but here. Told me they didn’t have my prescription I need daily and said they could do the generic. I said that was fine went there was never done. Days later say they’re ordering the original. Went back a week later and still have nothing to give me. Also was hung up on when I was being very reasonable.

I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. I understand that they are busy but I have tried to stick it out with them. It is like pulling teeth to get my meds and I have gone without many times for days and days. When they finally give me a time to come down, I do, and my meds are NEVER ready when they say. Not once. I have been there since august, it is now November and I am 100% switching after yet another incident of them telling me “an hour” and not having my meds yet again. Hands down the worst pharmacy. They have at least six employees back there and still can’t make it work.

Pharmacy person asked if I had wellness card. I don't have one . I get all.my prescription at rite aid. The Pharmacy should sign people up especially older people. Older people usually need refills anf.often new medicine orders.my prescription was filled.and service was great.

The pharmacy workers are great. They have all been there for a while and know most of their customers by names. One girl even remembers my birth date when I get there. They're all in love with my son and Everytime we go there they can't help but googley eye him...lol Glenn the store manager is always very glad to help whether it's out on the floor finding something, or behind the register helping with checking people out of the store. 99%of the time you will see him out on the floor stocking shelves.
