They failed to give me my whole order and just said you can come get it or just get one " free" next time but I already paid for it so how is it "free". When I went to pick up my order they acted like I wasn't even standing there. Luckily the delivery driver noticed me and got my order for me. I wont br returning to this particular dominos. The Ford street store is just incompetent. Yucaipa will be getting my business from now on.

Worst customer service, was disrespected and yelled at by the manager Jordyn for not wanting a burnt pizza. They keep hiding reviews but I will keep reposting.

Ordered pizza and the driver delivered to the wrong address and seen the vehicle on the tracker just driving around and didnt bother to call to find the correct address. Called the store and they said the tracker doesn’t work and all they said was “sorry”

This is the worst Dominoe's location. They are extremely unprofessional and they will cancel your order after you have already been waiting for an hour and then tell you you can place it again and wait over another hour. Order pizza from anywhere else if you want to actually get your pizza.

I placed the order online, arrived in the store within the pizza tracker time frame. When the tracker time ended, I checked with the people at the front only to be told they have not started to prepare my order yet, although the tracker said it has been started.

Used to be very good - tracker was accurate and pizza toppings were plentiful, quality was to notch. Something happened - last 3 orders were sparse on toppings, tracker said ready for pick up when pizza still in oven, and same exact pizza had strange tasting crust. 🤷♂️🤔 Time to switch to a different location.

They delivered an extra pizza when my order requested 2 large, I received 3 large. I ordered a box of brownies, no brownies. The girl who answered the phone, after explaining to her the error, said “I’m sorry, there’s really nothing I can do for you.” I will not get Dominos again.
