I take care of my Uncle's finances so I have to deal with this bank. They are WONDERFUL!!! They treat him kindly and with respect. They treat me this way, also. He had accounts at two banks one was very rude to me. After 2 1/2 years of their rudeness, he decided to move all his money into the bank where they are kind to me! Thank You Bank of Texas for being Texas Kind & Texas Happy!!! I enjoy working with you to care for my uncle!!!

As a small business owner, having access to operating capital is very important to our survival. As someone who has been around a long time, I've tried just about every bank you can think of. Bank of Texas by far surpasses all expectations and then some. Everyone is friendly and kind, always wanting to help. I've been with this back almost 2 years and I have had zero issues. I'm so glad we found Bank of Texas. I have no plans to ever leave.

Bank of Texas/Alliance staff members have always been extremely friendly & helpful with any transactions we have ever had. Been a customer for 10 years. Recently had positive experience with PPP application/closing with member of Oklahoma Bank of Texas & Arizona Bank of Texas.

If you ever have an issue with this bank's ATM machine, you are screwed! The customer service is very poor. The bank manager, Delynn Miller, will not help you even if you are a bank customer. Perhaps, she is picking and choosing (discriminating) the customers she helps. A few years ago, the machine did not dispense the $700 cash request but deducted the amount. It took 2 months and letters to executives and the BBB in order for me to get my money back. Recently, I had another issue where I did not receive $60 from the machine and now I have to go through a whole dispute process to get my $60 back. The conclusion, IF YOU USE ANY BANK OF TEXAS ATM MACHINE, BEWARE. You have been warned. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK OR THE BANK'S ATM BRAND TO ANYONE. Should a problem arises, especially at the Hurst, Texas location where Delynn Miller is the bank manager, you are going to have to go through a long and lengthy process in order to get your money back and even then, you still may not get your money back. This bank is NOT customer centered. If you are able, find another bank. PERIOD.

Chose this bank to establish another account above other banks including our current credit union because it turned out that they are "customer friendly", personable and provided accounts that don't drain your deposits. They are personable and are affiliated with BOK Financial who's goals, in summary... appear to be during good things for people.
