I filed a complaint with corporate and they will address my issue. There is only one person in the store that is nice and sadly, he was not there on the day of my visit.

Victoria was awesome! She helped me pick out some very nice lipsticks and eyeshadows. She was very helpful, professional and friendly. I look forward to working with her again in the future! Also the store is clean and looks great! I love shopping at MAC!

Was told she couldnt do my makeup unless another associate was there. It was 10am in the morning and zero customers in the mac dept. She had a very bad attitude. I had to go to another mac store with an amateur and pay for the sitting and the makeup too! Where I could've bought product and the makeover free. I paid double. Never went back. Had a very important engagement that's why I showed up at 10am. The other store called her to inquire becz they said there is no rule about having another associate in order to do makeup. Especially at 10am on a thursday morning when no customers are there. She lied and said it was because she had another appointment at 11. Even When I continued to pressed her she never mentioned she had an appointment she kept saying there was no way until another associate comes in, it was a rule. And 1 hour would have been plenty of time to do a basic low maintenance look as I barely wear makeup. This happened April 12, 2018.

Products & make up artists are amazing! I wanted to talk to the manager about something he did that was rather rude, not to be a nuisance... but just so he could be aware of how it affected the “MAC experience “. He was unapologetic and uninterested. He spent most of the time explaining himself, rather than listening and apologizing.

Not my first negative experience here. But I recently entered the store to return a few items and was greeted by Joe. I handed him my return along with the accompanying receipt. He then asked for my email address and I mentioned he didn't need it since he had the receipt in his hands. He said he couldn't do the return without it, so unfortunatley I had no choice but to comply if I wanted my money back. Then, I mentioned the mascara was unopened, he said it didn't matter as they had to throw everything away... which seems like such a waste. Once he was finished scanning the items for return, he turned around and agressively hurled them towards trash can over 3 feet away which was not necessary and rude! Once the return was complete, Joe mentioned I would see the funds returned to my account in 3 to 5 business day. I asked why it would take so long when every other company would have the funds returned immediately... his reply was that this was how they process returns. The overall tone of the conversation was hostile and negative. I received really poor customer service and I will not be back.

I visited this Mac store yesterday, and I received excellent service. I was just looking for make-up sponges and concealer. The salesperson was Rosaelva, and she went out of her way to explain the products and applied testers to show me what would be best. This is the kind of service that I look forward to when I visit any store, but good customer service is hard to come by these days. I'll be visiting again. Keep up the good work.

I went there today, and they were very helpful. I went in there without makeup on today and multiple customer service reps talked to me and asked if I needed help right away. Tazhan helped me color match my foundation and took time time to try multiple concealers on me until I found one I liked. The same rep also helped me find a lip liner I liked (I tried multiples) and checked me out right away. I love MAC and their products, and I think that the people there seem to be under unfair scrutiny (in many but not all cases). I have been there twice now and have been offered help both times. All of my experiences with MAC in general, and this store in particular, have been positive.
