The sales staff tried to match my pale daughters skin. They failed. They also had absolutely no problems swapping it out despite being lightly used for the right one a week later. Huge variety of beauty essentials, fair prices, good staff. Nice birthday gifts to club members. My daughter loves them

I have visited this Sephora location on numerous occasions. Each time, the staff has been very responsive to my needs. On my most recent visit, Ari in particular deserves recognition. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, courteous and kind in helping me with my transaction. I recognize (and appreciate) standout customer service and this is just what I received from Ari. She exemplifies what excellent customer service looks like and is a true asset to the Sephora organization..

This is the only Sephora I will go to (an hour away) clean store, super helpful associates. They definitely have an amazing team of people who are passionate about makeup and knowledgeable on the brands they carry there.

I’m not a newbie when it comes to make up so when I went to restock my items there was a girl working she was very nice she did her best to try to help me but she was a little bit too pushy. I explained to her that I was looking for a skin cleanser and it immediately stemmed off into 1 million other questions that had nothing to do with showing me face washes. I just felt a little bombarded with my interaction with her it’s like she didn’t give me any space or except the products that I’ve chosen for myself she immediately tried to change my mind on what I should buy. Realizing that somebody is experienced with make up and doesn’t need all that extra is a good thing. Other than that I love my products and I will continue shopping at other locations. She just needs to tone it down and give people a second to even collect their thoughts when they walk in the store. It’s not what are you looking for great you got it are you gonna pay now how are you gonna pay cash or credit? People like to have space to think about purchasing high-end products.

All the employees at Mayfair Sephora are always welcoming and friendly but Devin is above and beyond. Devin is always smiling, energetic and so knowledgeable about the products. I get my questions answered and walk away with products that work for me. I would highly recommend this store!

Always a good experience here. Last visit Kenisha helped me find a new concealer since my old one was discontinued. She shade matched me perfectly and was the sweetest! Please keep her, she's a gem!

Excellent selection, but as with any luxury makeup store, very very very pricey! Employees are helpful and will point you in the right direction of whatever it is that you need. I did visit specifically to acquire this lip mask that I believe is an exclusive- this one was very reasonably priced and has lasted forever, and helped a ton with my chronically chapped lips!
