The people who work here are so rude. I continually received phone calls that my prescription was ready but when I went to pick it up, they told me they didn’t have one. I went three times because these calls continued for over a week. They had no explanation as to why they had no prescription ready for me. They questioned me if it was the correct pharmacy but it was. All the phone calls were coming from their automated system and I had proof that the script was sent to this particular pharmacy as well but they told me no. They were very unhelpful had no explanation. It’s infuriating when you need medication but can’t seem to get it. Dave yourself the trip and disappointment. Go somewhere else.

Every time I need to pickup my prescription I have to call and confirm with the pharmacy. No one ever answers the phone and I'm on hold for 20 minutes at a time before I get hung up on and need to call back. On average it takes me an hour to finally get someone on the phone regardless of the time of day.

I just moved to Tosa from Franklin. Tried to order refills on line, but the app said I was not due for refills ( I only have of few days of meds left). I tried calling CVS Pharmacy twice - holding a very long time. So I grabbed my meds and drove to the store. I stood there… ignored for quite some time.. ( there was a pharmacist and 2 other workers in pharmacy and no other customers. When one of them finally decided to help me, I explained about the website and how no one picked up the phone when I called twice. I was told they do not answer the phones because they are too busy! They told me I would need to come back in the afternoon to pick up the meds. Since I had already spent way too much time trying to get the refills, I asked them to mail them to me. The lady helping me gave me a dirty look and then went to whisper to the pharmacist. I told them to cancel the RX and I would go to CVS in Target where I was sure where d get better service! On my way out, I grabbed some paper towels that were on sale as I had a 40% off coupon. As I was walking up to the register, the lady behind the register looked right at me and walked away from the counter. I waited quite some time until she finally came back to the register. Obviously no one values their job and want customers to go elsewhere. I wonder if they even understand the store could close because they don’t want to do their jobs? Also, the store is in major need of updating!

Honestly I feel lame writing a review for a pharmacy but this one has just lost all hope for me in terms of pharmacy services. First, they close down the drive thru which is a huge inconvenience especially for anyone with an injury, older people, disabled. Next they straight up don't answer the phone. My Dr had my prescription sent over at noon. I didn't get any text or anything so I called because the robot is actually quite smart in telling you what you have ready and the status. It wasn't prompting me the way it usually does so I pressed 3 for status of prescription and it asked me for a 5 digit prescription code .... ok I don't have that because it's a new script. Go back. Try again. Nothing. Next is your typical yell "speak to pharmacy" (at least twice). Minutes go by and I realize they aren't going to answer, it's been 6-7 mins. What do I do. My best bet is to drive there. Park. Go inside. Still on the phone by minute 11:00... walk back to pharmacy and get in the line. I stay on the phone but I don't hear a phone ringing in the store or pharmacy? Not sure if they took it off the hook or what that was about. Minute 14 I finally got to the counter. "Script? We didn't get a script. My Dr said she called in. They can't call in, they have to e-prescribe. What?" Wasted about 30 minutes and the point is this store is poorly ran right now and I don't fully understand this labor shortage in terms of not having people to work because they need at least two additional people back there to assist customers. I don't blame the people working there for not answering the phone because they were already swamped. Owners and managers STAFF MORE PEOPLE and help out your pharmacy team. The pharmacy staff is actually all really kind and helpful but you are spreading them thin and customers will lose it on them and you will lose them. Hire more people please and open the drive thru and have someone answer the phone. I messaged my Dr back and asked her to send it to Walgreens instead because it's so frustrating as a customer. TLDR: I can't support this poorly managed phamacy until they open their drive thru and hire more pharmacy staff.

This is for the pharmacy which accepted a prescription order to be filled for pick up, but upon arrival was told they were out of the medication and could order more for the next day which may or may not arrive? The pharmacy is having issues to say the least and it would be best to seek other locations for such needs in the foreseeable future… on a positive note, the staff were friendly…

Twice now I have gone, waited in the long line for drive up, only to get up there and be told it’s for Covid testing only and I need to come inside for prescriptions. Then to go inside where it’s utter chaos, everyone just standing around no organization for the customers or anything. And the staff just do not care. They are snarky and rude, I’ll be switching my medication pick up from here on out.

My family and I have been going to the CVS ever since I was a baby. I am currently 20 years old. I have never had a bad experience with the pharmacy until today, when I was “helped” by a pharmacist by the name of Corey.. I believe. Unfortunately, I would barely get a gage of his name tag, considering he was practically yelling at me, when I tried to inquire with him about his blatant rudeness. I have a new prescription, Latuda. To begin with, going to the pharmacy to pick up a mediation that is used for psychiatric purposes is already a fragile and in some cases uncomfortable experience. You would think that the customer service stills would be better than that at a local gas station, or a friendly neighborhood pick and save, but unfortunately Corey was more rude than any interaction I have ever had to deal with. Which is so unfortunate, considering he has many impressive accolades, and you would assume that someone that works so closely with medication would be knowledgeable about the sensitive nature of their profession. In short, the pharmacy technician was new and this was my first time picking up this medication. It slipped my mind to offer her the coupon that makes the medication practically free, and usually the pharmacy tech will remind me of such, but she was awfully pleasant and new. Simple mistake made on both ends. As I returned home, my mom reminded me that I forgot to offer the coupon, and called up to the pharmacy as this is usually a quick fix. Or at least it always has been… Corey answered the call with an immediate shortness. My mother was trying to tell him the numbers on the coupon that he couple punch into his computer, but he was belittling her. Telling her she didn’t know what she was doing, her efforts were pointless, etc. Completely and utterly rude to my mother who was just trying to help me. I can find empathy in the fact that he works a job where he must interact with people everyday, and I am sure at times it is stressful. But when pick and save employees that make 9 dollars an hour can remain calm when they are feeling frustrated, there is no excuse for a grown man who makes FAR beyond $9 an hour to be so absolutely rude. What a shame. He also told my mother he was a manager when he asked to speak to one, which come to find out, was not even all that true. He refused to be patient and walk my mother through the process via the phone, after practically insulting her intelligence multiple times. So I headed back up to the store to get the refund myself. I spoke with the actual store manager, who was a lovely middle to older aged man. I wish I could have gotten his name. I vocalized my concerns to him and he was very patient and understanding. He took my information down so someone else could call me upon my departure. He then walked me back to the pharmacy, and my refund was so incredibly quick. I am convinced that if the store manager had not been there, Corey would have closed the pharmacy in my face. What Corey made seen so burndensum over the phone took less than a minute in person. All he did was type in a few numbers and boom: it was done. I got $90 back, the pharmacy tech was pleasant, but Corey was laughing under his breath… I asked politely if I could have a world with him and he looked at me as if I was the must disgusting thing on the planet. I said it would only take a second, and I didn’t want to speak about anything logistically. I tried to tell him that I found empathy for him today, and I can only imagine the reason he speaks to people with such disrespect is because he must be under stress…He cut me off, and proceeded to raise his voice at me. He basically said that what I was saying was irrelevant, and he was not going to listen to me. I tried to explain that I just wanted to say he was rude for no reason, and I hope that in the future he will find it in his heart to be more gently with humans, but he continued to cut me off and yell. Eventually, he walked off and refused a conversation with me. He is living proof that money≠happiness. I will pray for him tonight.

For the love of all that holy don't use the pharmacy here, I have a friend who does and I was appalled at the unprofessional an unempathetic staff. My friend was out of her medication for three days and when they finally had her meds in stock it was a mess! First they said 10am then it was between 130 n 2 then when she called at 2 they said another hour at around 3 she went in waited for an hour, had to get her doctor on the phone because they don't answer who reemed them a new one because at first the lady at the register tried to skip her, another hr and a half later at 6pm she finally got her medication. I was in shock never has getting medication been an all day event never have I been to a pharmacy where they let you sit for 2 hours then tell you they have to speak to your doctor then NOT ANSWER THE PHONE they play with people's health here it's gross!! While sitting there we quickly realized this is routine for them as we watched other people have the same issues GROSS

They canceled my COVID PCR test because they’re “closed” but I called and they are open. Then they said they’re short staffed, but covid tests are literally drive through one by one so I hope they canceled every single appointment. Because of this now I may not be able to go back to work when I was supposed to. I understand the gravity of the situation but something that is done individually in the first place there should be no reason to cancel.

Had a drive up covid test done here. The store definitely looks a little run down but the service was good. The pharmacy was polite and got everything ready for me in less than 5 minutes. So good overall.
