Today was my first visit at the salon. I almost turned around and walked out due to the little to no greeting that I received. I started to tell the employee behind the desk that I was here for my 11a w/Tam and she literally walked away from me in mid-sentence. Then I realized after looking around there was a self check-in system which is fine but the rudeness was ridiculous, since I planned to spend my money there. I sat down with Tam, who was amazingly friendly and very sweet. I would give Tam a solid (individually) 5 stars. Jury still out if I’ll return, since I’m coming from North Phoenix into Anthem. I wouldn’t call their service upselling obnoxious or aggressive, but they definitely take the initiative to sell, which was annoying at best, since all I wanted to do is relax X-posted Service: Pedicures

So I’ve been here quite a few times. Last time I came there boss was out of town and they were blasting music it was very loud and unprofessional. Did not care for it and I made an appointment and still had a wait. Today I had scheduled an appointment again since their boss was back and then I have arrived and they’ve told me there’s a 30 minute wait. If you choose to do business here just be sure to wait. Time is money and you can’t get time back. I will not be coming here any longer especially because I drive to come here. Services: Pedicures, Nail art, Acrylic nails

It was disappointing, I asked for ombré, and Michelle didn’t know how or didn’t want to do it? Then she passed me over to Mia who was rude and she added dumb flowers to my ring fingers! Upset and it was $75. The guy that painted my toes, awful!! Service: Gel manicure

I come in to get my lashes done every two weeks, and will only allow MIA to do them. She does a great job everytime, i'm never disappointed. along with that she's always friendly and super talkative. I had the best time! Christmas is in two days and the nail techs were all dressed up for Christmas! There were some elves and Santa!! They were quick, super friendly, and invited everyone to join in on their holiday snacks and festivities. As we were leaving, we were given a little Christmas gift! Michelle and Tam are two of my favorite people I get service with when I come in on monthly services. They always have a smile and are very polite attitude towards their client. Tam is great we always laugh a lot from our own jokes. He also does a great job on my filling ad some days I get customed nails he knows how to follow instructions. 😊❤️👍👌 I love the new ambiance front the new place they move into. I surely will never get tired of getting pampered. Of course, sponsored by my hubby who thinks I deserve it. One mother takes care of everyone in the house. I was cut multiple times when i was getting my old acrylics off 3 times underneath my nails when he was cleaning up the new acrylic set that he just put on with the pointy drill thing. Never going back didn't really like the job he did I've had nails done better than what he did. The gel is also very thick.
