Went there on Mother’s Day and I knew they will be busy. So no worries it it a great business. I had to wait an hour for my nail tech Nick. I’m ok with that. So went to the store next to them. Checked on some tools. As me an d my family wait a little outside. My husband and I took a cig break. And went in and Nick my great tech was ready. And he is a great tech. He does an amazing work and very beautiful nails all the time. I feel beautiful leaving us nails. As I work I get compliments on my nails so I grabbed some business cards to give to my customers and told them the tech I use. And I hope they like to go to the us nails and get great services like me. Nick is great and very clean and great services. Thank you Nick for amazing nails. I feel beautiful every time!!! Thank you!!!😊😍

From the initial conversation making an appointment with Tom, this little salon is a wonderful surprise discovery! Sonja gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. And Kaylie was thorough with removing a 5 week old “Dip” on my fingernails. She suggested the healthiest options for my nails which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be a return customer! I just wanted a basic manicure and pedicure . My job doesnt allow color nails or long nails. Since I am going on vaca I decided to do the basic package of $35 for both plus $10 tip i left them. The girl kept telling me to do the more expensive manicure ( at least 4 times I was asked to do gel) I explained to her that my job did not allow color nails and since I only needed a manicure for a few days , the package I got would be enough . But I did not expect after only 24 hours I would see reflected the bad job they girl did for my nails . To be fair I was at the nail salon at 5:40pm , the salon closed at 7pm , I asked them if It would have enough time to be done for both jobs , if not only pedicure would be ok. I was told both jobs was ok, but the girl was in such a hurry that manicure is BAD after only 24 hours. I believe I deserve a good service even if its basic mani and pedi ( that is all I needed) and I left $10 tip and paid even before the mani was completed . I went in for a pedicure. The tech kept jamming the nipper on the sides of my nail bed. At one point, she made me bleed. And put some sort of blue liquid on the bloody toe. My toes ache tonight. I'll be lucky if I don't end up with some sort of infection and or an ingrown toenail. I'm seriously disappointed and will never be back. Horrible place. Service: Pedicure

I've try 3 nails salons and hated all of them until I went to Us Nails & Spa and saw Nik the serves was friendly and he did and excellent job I've had multiple compliments on my nails. Thank you Nik

I went here yesterday for the first time. For one she didn’t ask me what size I wanted. And today they are peeling. Definitely not good quality nail products. I shouldn’t have to go get my nails redone after a day. Services: Nail art, Gel manicures

They take care of you and listen when you say you're a diabetic and to be gentle and its hot! They did a good job everytime, just speak up.

I have gotten great customer service here when getting a manicure. Tom does excellent work and takes his time and is quite friendly. I'm always happy with my nails when I leave. If he isn't available, the other workers are also really kind and provide great service. They also provide a various host of pedicure packages but I wish they would provide a bit longer of a massage. It isn't worth the extra charge and the callous remover isn't worth it if they don't do it very long. That's the only suggestion I would make to improve pedicures outside of the basic package.
