Came in today for my appointment and let the stylist know what I was looking to have done with my hair. She kept adding more pricing in which I’m completely okay with . Then she did a test strip on my hair which I’ve had done many time before. I waited 30 mins and my hair didn’t lift at all. Which was so strange cause I’ve never had a problem with bleach in the past. I got the feeling she just didn’t want to color my hair. So I left. But she did try to sell me products before I left. “Like I would really want to buy anything from this location ?” Maybe in the future this location shouldn’t schedule appointments for new clients on a Sunday afternoon if the stylist isn’t interested in making money. Waisted my time completely.

Worst place ever. The employees where being ABSOLUTELY disrespectful towards me and my 10 YEAR OLD daughter for just wandering around minding her own business as in fact she was also getting stuff for herself. Saying that I'm a bad mother for letting my daughter "run around" when she clearly wasn't because i was clearly watching over her! I regret ever spending any single PENNY here, you guys seriously need to get your act together with these employees and especially your managers. Never shopping here again and i don't appreciate how rude and noisy people are here. Won't ever suggest to anyone ever again. I'd rather shop at Sephora or find something at TARGET.

Worst place ever I went too grab a couple things and as I was seeing a testing product I saw a maggot on it n Omggg that was disgusting I asked for the manager and she said that was high tech security then I saw a road run by n I told her she said high tech security works very hard so I told her that’s disgusting so she seem upset n got my bag n searched it n stole my half done chapstick and said I stoled it

Went here to do some shopping for my best friends birthday. So, right as I walk in the atmosphere is not great but I try not to think anything about it. As I’m walking around browsing I notice that this blonde lady is following me around and watching me. I was completely shocked because this has never happened to me at other Ulta locations. Don’t get me wrong, I love love love Ulta but this lady made me want to never come back to this location again. When I confronted her she denied that she was watching me with this gross look on her face. She said she was just making sure that her store was “safe” from theft and watches everyone like that but I did not see her do that to any of the other customers. Note that I was the only brown woman/POC shopping. It felt like she was racially profiling me as a thief which is so completely wrong. Note that I did not bring a purse, my skinny jeans have fake pockets in the front, my t-shirt was a more tighter fit, and my phone and wallet were in my butt pockets so where the hell would I have put any stolen products? I am a professional and have more than enough money to spend on a hobby that I love. The advice I have for Ulta corporate is to get rid of this racist woman and replace her with someone who does not act like she is the dictator of the store by using her title as manager to scare customers. I ended up leaving and going to Sephora. Where the treated me like a normal person and even helped me pick out a beautiful set for my fun night out. 💅🏽

I was in there maybe a week ago and I ran into a RUDE employee! She definitely made me feel unwelcome and had an attitude. I asked for a manager and she told me she was .. unsure if I should’ve believed her or not. Her name was Sherri she has blonde hair. I will never return to this location! If that’s the manager I cannot imagine the other employees!!!!

So I want to start off by saying the experience at this place was absolutely horrible. I had a problem with my purchase at checkout so they called the manager, she started getting a bad attitude with my mom and I. I was not pleased by how the situation went because she started raising her voice at me and didn’t help with my purchase at all. I’m beyond upset, this should not be happening at all with customer service, and the way they’re treating people is not ok. I wish I could give you guys a zero because I totally would. Don’t ever be apart of customer service again.

Had an issue with another store. I worked with the manager Naomi. She was able to exchange my item and she got me another 20% off with their rewards card. This is our go to store from now on.

Ugh... I could have had a better experience at Walmart! I used to go to Ulta for a fun experience, knowing I could get good info from knowledgeable, friendly associates. NOT anymore, apparently. (And obviously I'm not the only one too feel that way, as the manger was dealing with another unhappy customer while we were there!)

Awful awful awful!!! I brought both of my daughters here tonight for a haircut. Corinne did them both and they are both horrible! I am so heartbroken for my girls. I watched her cut my first daughters hair, who has very thick curly hair. I knew it was bad while I was watching her, she did not check the length or make sure it was even on both sides at all! I didn’t realize how horrible it was until I got home. She didn’t even dry her hair completely, and put some kind of product in it that felt like Palmade. There are long pieces underneath, the front is very uneven, it was cut way too short. I asked for just below the shoulder and she cut it ABOVE the shoulder. It’s supposed to be an A line Bob. This is extremely disappointing. My oldest was up second, I asked for a TRIM, the back to be a straight across and some light face framing layers. Should have been a super easy cut. The back is uneven, the front is choppy, and uneven… And Again her hair was sticky and gross when we left, and not fully dry. I had to rewash and dry both of them. I have never seen such poor work! If you care for your hair or your children’s, I would strongly urge you to go somewhere else, or at least do not use this stylist. She was lazy and very clearly did not know what she was doing.
