I went to the store with a very difficult situation and was met with Nilay who took his time and solved all my issues with the phone Very professional

When I arrived to the store the employee was on his personal phone (speaker) with his car insurance company, Talking to both myself and on his car insurance company. He did not help me set up or activate my Apple Watch. I had to call AT&T the next day because I was having issues activating and setting up the watch myself. After speaking with the agent I found out the watch cellular plan was never activated. Also while speaking with the agent I found out he added a $15 protection plan to the watch without my consult. In the store, all I asked was for him to explain the protection plan which he could not because he was on the phone. After finding out the protection plan was added I then had to ask the call representative to cancel the charge. After purchasing the watch he could not explain my overall bill because once again he was on his phone. Poor experience for a long time valued customer. Disgusted!! Will never return to that location. Poor customer service!! He cared more about talking to his insurance company then providing service. Only went there because they had the Apple Watch series 6 in navy sport blue that I wanted. Only gave one star because they had the exact watch wanted

This store was great the customer service was excellent! Employee set up my phone so efficiently and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions! I love my new iPhone 13!! I recommend this store!

i bought a new unlocked phone ,, that needs a nano sim ,, ,but my old flipper phone is a standard sim AT&T prepaid.... so i stopped in to buy a nano sim .. well the store rep then just asked for my phone ,, took the std sim out and punch cut it to nano size sim ,, then put it in my new phone ,, tested it to make sure it worked .. and then did not charge me a cent ... Now that is customer service ,, that if I need any more service or need to purchase anything with AT&T ,,, i will definitely come here. .. Thanks again to this AT&T store .. ,,

Everyone is so friendly in the store after countless hours with customer care trying to resolve my phone issue the entire team in the store took matters in their own hand and help me get my phone working again thank you again guys

Blink and you will miss this place but smaller is definitely better because the salesman had plenty of time to give me personal attention. Was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent customer service. Sanjay was very attentive and was very helpful. Wait time was minimal. He even gave us a courtesy call to make sure AT&T delivered the new phone and everything was good.
