When I arrived to the store the employee was on his personal phone (speaker) with his car insurance company, Talking to both myself and on his car insurance company. He did not help me set up or activate my Apple Watch. I had to call AT&T the next day because I was having issues activating and setting up the watch myself. After speaking with the agent I found out the watch cellular plan was never activated. Also while speaking with the agent I found out he added a $15 protection plan to the watch without my consult. In the store, all I asked was for him to explain the protection plan which he could not because he was on the phone. After finding out the protection plan was added I then had to ask the call representative to cancel the charge. After purchasing the watch he could not explain my overall bill because once again he was on his phone. Poor experience for a long time valued customer. Disgusted!! Will never return to that location. Poor customer service!! He cared more about talking to his insurance company then providing service. Only went there because they had the Apple Watch series 6 in navy sport blue that I wanted. Only gave one star because they had the exact watch wanted ~Toya
