I did a curbside order yesterday. When I got to my work the eye shadow palette I had gotten was busted and ruined every item in my bag. Went back after work to get things sorted out. The manger "helped me". She had no idea what she was doing. Wasn't sure if she should refund me or give me new items or damage things out. She finally grabbed new products with the help of another person and put them in a bag and sent me on my way. I got home and two of my products were wrong. One was the wrong shade of mascara and the eye shadow palette was the TESTER! So now I am heading back for a third time this morning to get things fixed yet again. I called corporate so I didn't have to go back to the store and the said they could only refund me and that I would have to send the products back. If I wanted the actual products replaced I would have to go back to the store. I asked if I could talk to someone in charge so I could leave a concern about the store and she wouldn't let me talk to anyone. She said she would escalate it and it would be taken care of. I have not had this bad of service anywhere in a long time. Very frustrating!

I was long overdue for a cut/color and I booked an appointment with Ali at Ulta Salon. She provided the best cut and color ever! She listened to what I wanted and provided exactly what I had asked for. I am so happy with the end result. I will be returning again to see her!

My shopping experience has always been very pleasant. The store is clean, well organized, and stocked. I also love that the staff let's you know they are there to help but don't hover over you continuously.

I went here looking for a perfume I heard about online and a new cologne for my boyfriend. I can't say enough about Emily she was truly amazing, showing me exacting what I was looking for and helping me find the perfect scents! If I had questions she answered them, if I didn't know where something was she knew exactly where to find it!! If you need a new perfume/cologne go here and ask for Emily!

They’re always open till 9 o’clock I came all the way across town to buy a few things and I walked up to the door and they literally locked the door as I walked up at 7 apparently. Oh well Sephora got my money tonight and I think I’m going to start going to Sephora more often. They were so helpful and they even gave me trials samples. Ulta doesn’t even give a different sample or gift if the gift with purchase is out. I’m a diamond status customer and taking my business elsewhere.
