Jack in the Box, you should be absolutely ashamed of this store. I walked in and immediately was greeted with a smell like a latrine. There was trash on tables and on the floor in the dining area as well as the employee side and cooking area. There were not customers in the drive through nor inside. Associates were friendly but were all on there phones when I walked in. Where is the manager for this store? Someone high up with Jack in the Box needs to take immediate action at this location. Many nice restaurants around this location and this is totally unacceptable.

This place meda me pull around and wait for my lukewarm jr. Bacon cheese burger that had a hair in it, my cold chicken with brown lettuce, and my chocolate shake that was made with little chocolate and was basically still vanilla. The jalapeno poppers were good. Get this fixed please

DONT COME HERE! Very rude customer service and they put orders in incorrectly. I ordered 2 double bacon combos (not a big order) then she only put in one combo. Once my order was in the computer I found out she put in 2 triple combos when she told me my total. All of this while she constantly asked is that all over and over again like she wanted us to hurry. I’m never coming here again!

We order two separate orders and when we got to the window she said we couldn't do that? Then we got are food and we order 2 coffees and only got one. Also ordered a sweet tea and got water. Then we drive 5min home and everything but the sandwiches are cold to the touch. Very disappointing! all I gotta say.

If I could of gotten out of line I would.. but there was cars behind me... if you are this short staffed... close down this store... or make the manager come out of their office and work...

If you like to recieve exactly what you ordered prepared and not thrown together into a incomplete mess, avoid this place. The staff is all very rude they will not talk to you and they do not care how inconvenient they are. Not to mention this location is always out of something, soda, fries, a working screen, working AC, sauces, and it is always a mess from the unkept weeds to the sticky dusty interior.

Double charged me on my credit card for some other order, tried to refund me a cash equivalent because they could not figure out how to do a credit, no receipt (I asked), cold fries, terrible ice tea, wrong type of chicken sandwich. I would warn everyone that this location (franchisee operated) should be avoided. My mistake. I will NEVER do it again. Update (1/3/2021): I appreciate the response from Jack in the Box here, but it is total B.S. The District Manager emailed me with the excuse of "I have a new General Manager that started two weeks ago." I responded by saying that this location (see the past reviews) has had serious problems for at least 7 months if not longer and why they have not done anything before? I pointed this out and never heard back. I also filed a complaint through the corporate contact page on heyjackbox.com with my direct contact information. No one from corporate every contacted me. Like many other franchise businesses, the quality of the business is directly related to the quality of the franchisee and the local management team.
