This Dollar Tree has a different layout than other stores I have been in and it appears to be slightly smaller than some, but that could be an illusion. It stocked more orderly than some however, merchandise was on the floor in boxes; certainly a trip hazard. The staff was genuinely friendly and seemed knowledgeable.

I will never go back to the Dollar Tree in wentzville! There are a few cashier's that are rude, not friendly. No thank you, Nothing!!!! I will drive out of my way to the Dollar tree in Troy where they greet you when you walk in the door. Always friendly. They make you feel welcome. They will get my money! Not Dollar tree wentzvile.They don't want you there!!!!

Why one star? They're closing the store for remodeling until the end of March 2022. Half the store is empty at this instant. Once they reopen, I'll update this review.

Normally dollar tree is great but the new manager at the Wentzville mo store is a real peace of work. Went in tho exchange something and Tracy got extremely rude and nasty with me. So it be an really long time before I will think about going back there again.

I put in a balloon order a month ahead of time and they still screwed it up. Luckily I came by the day before to check it, they had switched my balloons out with totally different balloons! Then when I asked the manager for help she basically ignored me and then went to the back on break.Don’t waste your time’s folks. They don’t care who’s party they ruin!

If I’m not mistaken the cashier an older lady by the name of Ophelia was very rude. I handed her my money and she threw my change on the counter to the point it shocked me and I said out loud “THAT’S EXTREMELY RUDE”. With it being a family friendly place I didn’t cause a scene or use profanity because it would be pointless but I did let her know that usually when you are handed money you hand the change back and even if a guest/ customer slams money on the counter sometimes it’s best to turn the other cheek and be the bigger person. As an older lady I expected her to be wiser but unfortunately not. I would never go back there although the store is in a great location and it was clean for the most part I just rather go where I receive better service.

Very disappointed 😞 I shop Dollar tree all the time, rarely ever take anything back of course in December i had a return that's when i found out you can only exchange your things know big deal you can find things at the dollar store. Today I had to make an exchange, I think its the manager there she is very rude!! She has me so upset 😡 I will never shop at this one again! There are to many great Dollar Trees to shop at! Very Disappointed!

Really nice and clean store very well organized and friendly staff. Most dollar trees are the exact opposite of this one so it was refreshing to be able to come in shop and not have to dig through merchandise to find what you’re looking for everything was in place and organized pretty impressive for a dollar tree
