As nice as the staff seemed, generally speaking, I went in because I had lots of tooth pain (and after Covid got a bit behind in my dental appointments) so they proceeded to take x-rays, but then what followed is what shocked me. They told me I needed like 5 root canals, and several other bits of extensive work, and tried to set me up on a financial payment plan, that would total $27,000 (ish)! They made it clear they could not say or guarantee insurance paying any, or how much...despite me unfortunately being in network with them. After explaining that I would only need and want the work on the tooth causing me loads of pain, they insisted that in order for work to be done, that I sign on the dotted line, about setting up the financial payment agreement for ALL of the work. I didn't need or want all of the work. Yet they were unwilling to do the work, so I was back at square one, and still in pain. No, I will not sign a financial Payment agreement to anyone for multiple thousands of dollars, when I was in pain and wanted to focus on one tooth, the one causing the pain I was having. Watch out if you go to them. They might try to pull the same one on you! I fear that people are widely taken advantage of. Make sure you read reviews, and try ..please...try to opt for going elsewhere. I've since had most work done that I needed, and it totaled nowhere NEAR 5 root canals plus more work - or $27,000!!

Terrible at scheduling. They reschedule twice (usually) for each appointment. Especially if you request an afternoon visit. They don’t offer any kind of laughing gas, so if you’re like me and have anxiety about dental work. It’s a nightmare! I feel like they should spend less money putting TVs in every room and more on giving patients actual options for comfort. Only go back because it’s the only place my insurance allows. Spend a lot of time waiting even when you have a confirmed appointment. The work itself is fine, but the experience is unpleasant in many ways

Ok frist I can't stand dentist offices they scare me. But today walking in and meeting them the paper work was beyond easy.( I hate paper work). The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and very careful about my feelings due to my mouth issues. But needless to say have upcoming appointments for the rest of my teeth to be removed and dentures and put in. Hopefully I don't look to funny after words. We'll see soon I guess . But let's note I'm still scared!

Second appointment and have been waiting over an hour past my appointment with no communication from anyone. When I asked there were multiple excuses and I was told I could reschedule but I've had this appointment for over 3 weeks. Why can't anyone communicate with a patient about anything? This is the worst I have ever been treated by a dental office in my life and I was a dental assistant for 18 yrs

I had a super experience at my last appointment. The staff is very professional and caring. My contact with Dr K, Liz, Jasmine and Kayla was extremely good. Dr K is a well qualified and caring Dentist. Liz is very professional and well qualified as the Office Manager. Liz works very hard to develop a workable treatment plan. I would gladly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

There are pluses and minuses. Had my upper denture break in two. Virtually impossible to get ahold of anyone at the office. Make appointment on line. Call office and get automated phone system. Push correct number to leave a message for office. They did call me back 1 hour before appointment. Had to come in, get X-rays and then talk to office manager to get answers. Had to wear a mask or you couldn’t come in. July 2022 and you have to wear a mask??? I don’t even have a mask anymore. Had to go inside to ask if they had mask to give me. They did. Signed in on an iPad that lady at desk had been touching before she handed it to me. Mask to protect people but not disinfecting iPad is a bit of a double standard. Manager went over treatment plan and asked how I was going to pay. I don’t have dental insurance. I paid with a credit card before they did anything to denture. Is this something new? I’ve never paid a dentist before any work had been done. Very corporate feel. Not rude but definitely not welcoming. They did get my denture fixed that day which is a plus. But I definitely won’t be switching to Aspen Dental.

From the moment I walked in, I was explained the process and everything that would happen for my first appointment. Sign in was very easy with the iPads. The x-rays were many but quick, the gum check was extensive, and the dentist was professional and kind. After I was done, I was told exactly what I would pay for my next visit. Very awesome and helpful crew!

I took my upper plate to them to fix a tooth that had fallen out, not broken, just fallen out. In the past I have been able to drop the plate off for them to fix, but this time they demanded I take time off work to sit and wait for them to call me back to take the plate and the tooth to the lab and tell me to come back in 45 minutes. Unfortunately I have to go back to work so I tell them that I will come back the next day after work. Unfortunately they didn’t tell me that their Friday hours had changed and they closed at noon! So I had to take time off AGAIN to pick them up, and a week later the same tooth they just fixed fell out again eating SOFT SERVE ice cream! Now they tell me that I have to make another appointment for them to fix what I already paid good money for them to fix the first time, and now I am having to wait 2 weeks for it! By now I am getting sick from being on liquids and soft food, and they tell me either make an appointment or they won’t fix the tooth and they won’t give me back my money for something they didn’t fix! Horrible customer service and horrible work!

They Refuse to return calls. Accused me of lying about them missing teeth after having paid for removing all my teeth, after a bill of over $6000 that was going to be 12k. Worst dentist ever. Never go here. Unless they return my call soon, this will be going to court for malpractice
