Great choices of Clothes! Quality staff, I was kindly assisted in Shoe Department for Work shoes. Mrs. Bobbie aided me in choosing and walked me to Order Department to order Shoes that were not available in my size. They ordered them and made arrangements for the Delivery to my home! Awesome JC Penney's!

I really enjoy shopping here because I can always find what I need. JCPenney always have great sales and I like that! On 9/17/22, was here and the cashier name Joquina #0128 or whatever her name was she was very RUDE and had a very nasty ATTITUDE!!!!! This type of service is UNACCEPTABLE! Don't call me to your register to give me your funky a-- attitude!!!!! She should be in the back not having interactions with customers. I will DEFINITELY avoid her next time for sure!!!!!!!

Haven't been here in what seems like forever. Lots of clothes to chose from! Was able to find 2 beautiful dresses . The staff are very friendly although you can't expect to find many employee's as they seem short staffed. I definitely need to go back as they had some pretty boots.

*FAIL 1* I went to pick up an online order on Saturday at 10 am. This location did not open until 11 am! I had already been to this store previously to get the same order and they had a long line in which I had limited time to stand in. I knew I wouldn't be able to get back to this location within the short time frame they give you to 'pick it up or we will restock it and give your money back'. I CANCELED the order. *FAIL 2* I thought I would try again to order online and just have it shipped to the house. I placed my online order for shipment. However, when I reviewed the details of the order I noticed the Mailing address was incorrect. (Billing address was correct). I called to update the mailing address and was told they could NOT update an active order. They suggested that I CANCEL the order, update address, and re-order again. I CANCELED the order without re-ordering due to frustration. *FAIL 3* I thought I would try ordering a third time, a couple hours later via phone representative, after my frustration subsided. Afterall, my shipping address still needed to be updated. ** Two of the 3 items were OUT OF STOCK! I CANCELED the order! *FAIL 4* ....'But wait there's more' ... I asked the representative to at least update my shipping address..... I WAS TOLD THAT 'I HAVE AN ACTIVE ORDER FOR THEM TO UPDATE IT'!

Went ring shopping today at the Orange Park Mall JCPenny! Tia gave wonderful customer service and was very patient and pleasant with us and we enjoyed shopping with her! Will be back soon :)

Great customer service, I had an online order that wasn't going to be ready for a few hours. I went to the store 20 minutes after placing my order and the two clerks pulled my order early for me. Otherwise I would've had to wait around or come back the next day.

It is not the Penny's I grew up with. The merchandise is packed on the racks which makes it crowded and difficult to shop. The brands are different too. However, they still sell Stafford. Help? Nonexistent. There are one or two registers and the lines are long. Returning an item is slow and frustrating. The employees are doing their best, but there are way too few of them. The entire store needs a major redo.
