Most cleanest and organized Walmart Supercenter I've seen so far friendly staff at the entrance sanitizing the shopping carts. Customer service is fast, helpful & efficient no long lines at that department. They just need more cashiers at the registers. Nice seasonal display and decorations always. ~Mitchelle

Haven't been here in what seems like forever. Lots of clothes to chose from! Was able to find 2 beautiful dresses . The staff are very friendly although you can't expect to find many employee's as they seem short staffed. I definitely need to go back as they had some pretty boots. ~Lucille

Associate was awesome. She took her time and explained everything to my daughter, made sure the dots were set perfectly, and even did a count down so my daughter would know when the piercing was taking place. ~Kimberly

David was AMAZING to my sister and I. We are mid-twenties and we have been treated poorly at other jewelry location before. We were cautious about getting a consultation at Kay. We were treated with the upmost respect, and David was very patient with us. We had heirloom diamonds passed down from our grandmother and needed them reset in new bands and inquired about making jackets and crowns to give an antique look to the rings. He explained everything to us and showed the diamonds in the microscope so we could see the inclusions and quality. We sent my sister’s ring off to be set, and received tons of information about the future vision for our other jewelry pieces. Purchased screen & cases for my new S22 & S22+ from this store. Nathan was awesome he helped me chose the best products for my phones. Placed the screen saver on both phones along with their new cases. Then took the extra step in assisting me with registering my screen savers with Zagg. A must-to-visit department store at Orange Park mall! It has lots of amazing deals on almost everything. I bought myself a couple of high-quality bathrooms floor mats. I saved over 20 dollars on each! I'm planning to get all my furniture, kitchen and living room decorations at Belk! Can't wait! ~Ingrid
