Purchased screen & cases for my new S22 & S22+ from this store. Nathan was awesome he helped me chose the best products for my phones. Placed the screen saver on both phones along with their new cases. Then took the extra step in assisting me with registering my screen savers with Zagg. Thank you Nathan for your expertise and making my experience with AT&T wonderful.

Signed a contract to get my monthly 5g+ for 70 a month , traded in a IPhone 10+ 250gb, was still a nice phone I would of kept. They told me I would get a 800 dollar trade in, so I got the 13 pro max, 800 dollars off it right. No, they give you 800 dollars spread out every month for your entire contract duration. 20 dollars a month. I go to the store to get an explanation, said that this has been happening where people get confused about the trade ins. It is because they do not explain it whatsoever. I’d like to complain to higher up management, they say to just go into the store. Nothing gets done. Never getting ATT after contracts up.

Great Service. Both times I came in, Jacob worked with me to resolve the issues I've had. I Went through Samsung support, At&t support, and A licensed Samsung Technician, getting the run around from each. Hours wasted for a problem that was fixed and rectified in 30 minutes. Another Employee named Nathan was quick to answer any technical questions and offered advice with porting some of my security apps. Its not often you see it, but these guys genuinely just wanted to help.

Russell was really helpful switching service between the old and replacement phone. It was a pretty easy switch that we probably should have figured out ourselves, but he was pleasant and helpful the whole time and never made us feel like an imposition.

Upon entry I was greeted by the two workers Russell and Stacy. Russell immediately assisted us with getting a new phone number and adding a new phone to our plan. While adding the new phone he informed us that we were on a retired plan and were paying $10 extra than the new updated plan. It was a very good and helpful experience. Meanwhile all this was going on I could overhear Stacy assisting a customer and it seemed he was giving a good experience too. 10/10 service!

Jacob was the professional and knowledgeable sales representative that most companies currently lack. I was greeted with a warm welcome and even warmer and genuine smile. Even more importantly, was incredibly patient with my ADHD which was comforting in a world where it is mostly mistaken for disrespect or trouble. He immediately directed me to the phone and accessories I would need allowing me to leave the store confident as every person should leave after such an important purchase.
