They have earned my business from here on out. Bought a pair of boots a few months ago and a seam split. Went in and talk to the Manager Lisa and without hesitation she replaced them at no charge due to manufacturer defect. Everyone in the store is very helpful and polite!!

Didn’t have what I needed but the fella in the boot dept pulled out all the stops to try and in the end told me if I buy online and they don’t work out, I can just bring them here if it was easier. Excellent service from that gentleman!

Went to buy a pair of work boots today and was told at checkout they would not honor the tax holiday here in Florida. The boots met all requirements for the tax holiday. As someone who spends money in this store from time to time Boot Barn not only lost out on the sale of the work boots but a customer as well.

Just left, not a single employee (saw 3) said hello, or offered any help. One girl walked passed me several times doing almost nothing and hardy even glanced over at us. Prices are expensive, but have a decent selection. No show clothes though, all casual.
