Today I purchased my first ever jeans for boots. The style I got were “Trousers” and they’re so flattering and cute. Well folks, none of this would have been possible if it wasn’t for the kind help of Miss Jennifer! My heart is smiling now. This was my first time ever being in a Russells store and I was so nervous. I was alone and was bummed not having someone with me for some girl feedback. Jennifer made me feel welcomed the moment I walked in. She’s so knowledgeable of all different styles and fits, she knew exactly what size range and length would work for me. And all her input and compliments felt very genuine and sincere. I will definitely be coming back to this store for more cute clothing. And I hope to find Jennifer again to hype me up ☺️ Sorry for the lengthy review! Thank you so much!

One of the easiest retail experiences I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked in the door the staff was ready & happy to help me find exactly what I need. Everyone was light hearted and patient. The selection was incredibly extensive for a store that looks so small. I found everything I needed and then some.

Staff is very friendly. Jennifer, Manager, as well as her team were so patient with us and made sure my fiancé found the perfect work boots. Love this location. Will definitely be coming back once my fiancé is due for new boots!

Small but mighty! Great variety of cowboy boots, work boots, cowboy hats and more here. They also give first responders & military discounts every day and also discounts for active FFA and 4-H members. Staff is always really helpful, too

I was disappointed in this place, but only because I was hoping they would have rodeo roper boots but they did not. If you are looking for some brand of pull on western boot then this is the place for you. Be prepared to pay top dollar though.

Lot's of boots none in wide and bearley any clothes.. So since they don't have wide shoes for me I couldn't pick any out not sure if they'd let u order and deliver but I left with a bottle of perfume & they had cute rings.
