Cashier was rude! Customer ahead of me was trying to get cash back on a credit card with no pin number and then they wanted a refund on the items they paid cash for! I feel that the cashier, took it out on me! My items didn't ring up correctly and he had to go get a price check! Well, I'm sorry but I want the price that is on the shelf! Don't take it out on me! I came to 7/11 tonight and I got the chance to meet the sweetest women named penny. She was so kind and definitely made my experience one of a kind. She deserves the best. Every other worker there has a lot of attitude and doesn’t care about the customers at all but she genuinely cares. If she was the only person working there I would go every single day just to say hi and see how’s she’s going. ~nicole

Today I purchased my first ever jeans for boots. The style I got were “Trousers” and they’re so flattering and cute. Well folks, none of this would have been possible if it wasn’t for the kind help of Miss Jennifer! My heart is smiling now. This was my first time ever being in a Russells store and I was so nervous. I was alone and was bummed not having someone with me for some girl feedback. Jennifer made me feel welcomed the moment I walked in. She’s so knowledgeable of all different styles and fits, she knew exactly what size range and length would work for me. And all her input and compliments felt very genuine and sincere.
