Employees at this chipotle have the skimpiest serving of any chipotle I have been. Good darn it if they put a scoop of anything in your bowl. I asked the server to put more after seeing never amounts of Ingrid’s t she was putting, he just pretended to put an extra scoop (empty spoon) in my bowl. Wth…..

Service was awful. Food portions were great, normal stuff I love about chipotle but it was like we were an annoyance being there and ordering. No one rang us up, once our order was done we had to stand their awkwardly waiting. Once a cashier did come they didn’t greet us at all, hardly grunted out our total. It was 90 min before close and they were already flipping chairs on to tables, had totally emptied and turned off the soda machines, and were basically closing up. We wanted to eat in but were made to feel like an annoyance so we decided to take our food to go. Very unlike the normal chipotle experience. Will go to a different location next time

Consistent incorrect orders and very sloppy. I ordered the same order 4 times in two weeks and it was wrong every time. At this point it is not accidental, it is a representation of the lack of quality and consistency of the training and accountability. UPDATE: Reporting back after three months and…..it still sucks! They clearly don’t care about quality or their customers.

Just okay. Chipotle flavor profile is the same everywhere. No iced teas here. Bummer. Place was okay clean. Wait staff was okay too. Not a olive wait.

I ordered catering for 25 people and I have to say that Chipotle did a great job getting everything ready at the time requested. We chose the make it yourself option to provide the most variety and options which turned out great. Each meat, side, and condiment was individually packaged in reusable/recyclable containers which made it very easy for setting up. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it! Great job Chipotle team!

Ordered delivery on 5/15. It came 20 minutes later than the estimated arrival, was stone cold and looked like Chipotle soup. Disappointed is an understatement.

At Chipotle at Sand City the food is excellent food. The staff is quick and attentive, the line is always moving fast and most of the times there is no line. There is plenty of parking all the time. My favorite food here is the Barbacoa Burrito. Chipotle's location is great too. Is just off oh highway one. The beach is only minutes away.
