I would give the gym 1 star if not for the great people that work there. Not the owners who don’t even live in town, they live 10,000 miles away in Australia. The gym is in bad need of an upgrade, the equipment has been the same for years. I had been a loyal member even supporting the gym during Covid but when I complained about the state of the gym - bathroom out of service for a month, broken monitors, same barbells - “Matt the Owner” terminated my membership. Rather than address my concerns as a member, this absentee owner decided his best course of action was to fire me. I would be very very careful in joining this location or the one in Newport. If the owner behaves like this when confronted with legitimate complaints, it’s clear they have no intention of bringing it up to F45 standards. I will share my experience with F45 corporate so they are aware of how one of their franchisees handles business - a franchisee that “operates” the gym from Australia. They say that they were SoCal for 6 weeks but I know for a fact - because I’m friends with the trainers - they visited their locations a grand total of 2 times. Be forewarned.

Great gym! Hardest workout I've ever done, and rare place that has a great cardio and weightlifting program designed to get you through all the necessary workouts you need throughout the week. The workouts are intense but the trainers are there to get you going and sticking with it.

This is a challenging, effective workout for all ages. The trainers are excellent and will modify workouts if you have injuries. Mon/Weds/Fri the workouts are HIIT, Tues/Thurs weights and Saturday is a combination. I typically burn over 500 calories in 45 minutes, and there are a lot of class times to choose from. I used to pay 3x this amount for a personal trainer (for 3 days a week). I can now workout 5x a week for 1/3 of the price. Try it ! You won’t be disappointed!

F45 is great for all ages. I have never been a “workout” person and I go almost everyday and have been for two years. I am in better shape now than I was in my 40’s. Like I said, it is good for all ages because I can do it at 61. The coaches are great and I have many new friends who sweat with me. Life changing!!!!

Amazing workout! I am a former collegiate athlete, and this is an amazing work out for me. There are people with all levels of strength and endurance in the classes and everyone gets a great workout. The community with in F45 is also the greatest. It is really like a family. Thanks Doni.

Such a great concept. For one, it's only 45 minutes which is a big plus for busy professionals. I love the small group training sessions - they're there to motivate you, and also to make sure you're doing to movements correctly and safely. I also love that they incorporate a meal planning to their gym too.

I LOVE F45!!! Ive been coming since day 1 and still love the workout. Everyday is different and fun. This place truly changed my life. The workouts are high energy and fun with motivating music and great coaches!! They give you a free trail so nothing to lose to come out and try it!!

Usually not a fan of personal or group training, but my wife and I thought we would give F45 a try since it was so close. WOW, amazing. The training is high paced and intense, but you can always go at your own pace to begin with the guidance of the knowledgeable trainers. The trainers are brilliant and very motivating, while you can also see all the work outs on tv screens to follow along. They have all the newest equipment and the workouts will keep your muscles confused. We just completed our trial and we got absolutely, hooked and will be have started our membership. If you dont want to just check in and check out at the gym and really get in the best shape of your life I HIGHLY recommend. Thanks F45!
