I would give the gym 1 star if not for the great people that work there. Not the owners who don’t even live in town, they live 10,000 miles away in Australia. The gym is in bad need of an upgrade, the equipment has been the same for years. I had been a loyal member even supporting the gym during Covid but when I complained about the state of the gym - bathroom out of service for a month, broken monitors, same barbells - “Matt the Owner” terminated my membership. Rather than address my concerns as a member, this absentee owner decided his best course of action was to fire me. I would be very very careful in joining this location or the one in Newport. If the owner behaves like this when confronted with legitimate complaints, it’s clear they have no intention of bringing it up to F45 standards. I will share my experience with F45 corporate so they are aware of how one of their franchisees handles business - a franchisee that “operates” the gym from Australia. They say that they were SoCal for 6 weeks but I know for a fact - because I’m friends with the trainers - they visited their locations a grand total of 2 times. Be forewarned. ~jonathan

If I could I would not even give 1 star to then. . Jenny tran at the east bluff Newport Beach is the pharmacist gave wrong information over the phone. She said both of medication is ready and each $10 copay. I was really sick in the bed got ready and drove there and totally all wrong my medications were not ready and one was $10 the other one was almost $300. I wanted to talk to her and they keep passing me to a different line and when it was my turn she was so busy to talk to me. She briefly came by and said I have lots of patient waiting for me. I was mad and I said this is not fair and she said I’m busy. Very poor and bad customer service. I would not use this pharmarcy. ~Julie

One of the reasons Rite Aid is going out of business. I had a one time prescription of Metoprolol Tartrate 30 day supply, this is a $4 prescription without insurance at Walmart. Picked up prescription at Rite Aid and paid $3, and thought it is a cheap generic drug even better than Walmart price. But NO, Rite Aid without asking files claim on my insurance. I went to ask why, and she said it is just something they do. I asked how much is prescription without insurance, she said $87. I was shocked $4 Walmart and $87 Rite Aid. Hoping this was a mistake, but will follow-up. ~David

My dermatologist Eric Sorenson recommended this pharmacy (which you can pick up your meds or they will mail priority at no cost to you) I have always had them mail so I have never been into the store). I have been using CDM for several years and they are awesome! SUNNY, has helped me with all of my prescriptions and is always able to get me the BEST price on all of my prescriptions. SUNNY’s personality reflects her name…she is always a delight, very helpful, knowledgeable, not to mention efficient! If I were a business owner I would hire her in a heartbeat! Wow, what a great experience. Quick friendly service no line or wait. I will definitely continue with this pharmacy , it is the best ,plus they have coffee ! Same price as Rite Aide / etc. Plus if you like they will bring your meds to you , delivered right to your doorstep! ;-D. OK , fast forward Dec. 2021follow up years later still a customer and NCPharmacy and it continues to be the best pharmacy in every way! It is located main / ground level in the medical building on the corner of San Miguel and Avocado , Newport Beach ~Barbara

🙂👍👍🏆 A big shout out to Tiffany at the Corona del Mar Ace Hardware!! Tiffany went above and beyond to extend amazing customer service with a big smile and a great attitude. Having worked retail at times, I appreciate what it's like to work with the public. The last few years, as customers, we really need to be appreciative and kind. 💗 Service folks get the brunt of some people's dark sides and quite often, it's totally unjustified! The team at the CdM Ace Hardware are friendly and helpful but Tiffany is stellar!! ~Carolyn

I have been a chase customer for over 18 years and never had any complaints until the mistreatment I received today from Leonard at this branch. As a business owner and a minority, I am astonished at how anyone can be so unprofessional and lack a human touch. I had a call scheduled with him, and not only did he not show up or respond to my email, he blatantly did not show any remorse for his lack of professionalism. The bank manager Katherine was out of the office, so I spoke to Sharon, who was kind, professional, and apologetic for the experience I just had and assured me that the bank manager would be calling me on Monday. ~Jonas

Good variety of many categories of hardware and numerous household items. The staff is helpful. Don't expect rock-bottom prices but I am happy to pay for service in brick and mortar establishments. Support your local retailers. ~Paul

I love Graviti Fitness so much! Everyone here is so nice and friendly, and I love being able to come in on my own schedule - 24 hours. Great, high energy environment with all the fun equipment you could want. Plus, you can walk to the beach or for a bite to eat after your workout! Highly recommend. :) ~Kendall
