I have been a chase customer for over 18 years and never had any complaints until the mistreatment I received today from Leonard at this branch. As a business owner and a minority, I am astonished at how anyone can be so unprofessional and lack a human touch. I had a call scheduled with him, and not only did he not show up or respond to my email, he blatantly did not show any remorse for his lack of professionalism. The bank manager Katherine was out of the office, so I spoke to Sharon, who was kind, professional, and apologetic for the experience I just had and assured me that the bank manager would be calling me on Monday. ~Jonas

I starting by business 30 years ago and opened my first account last March during COVID since my other banks were not offer personalized services that I needed at the time. Farmers & Merchants has been there to assist me on every turn the teams follow through is excellent.
