I starting by business 30 years ago and opened my first account last March during COVID since my other banks were not offer personalized services that I needed at the time. Farmers & Merchants has been there to assist me on every turn the teams follow through is excellent. Never in all the years of shopping at this location have I been mistreated. Calling to complain to higher up! This needs to be addressed!!!! The manager is Julie, went in to order some clothes in my size from another store like I usually do cause they don’t always have a Large or XL in stock. Anyways she was so rude to me and to other customers. Also cruel to this sweet employee helping me in the beginning. Never in my life seen this behavior at a clothing store. By the way she took down her mask when she was talking to me at the register in front of two other customers felt for my safety. This is COVID already uneasy shopping without a mask want to feel safe shopping. Saw other people complain on reviews and I understand why. This is a issue and it’s disgusting to me if Splendid keeps this women working with customers, feel horrible for employees that have to work with her. ~Christine

The setting of this Wahoo Fish Taco is beautiful in the Fashion Island Mall. You can eat inside or outside with a beautiful waterfall. Lots of comfortable seating. Great to sit here with friends and family. We were thrilled to see all of the plant- based food that tasted great. The eco-friendly bags and cups were great for recycling. All of the food is good the burritos are huge and good for two meals. Of course the fish is good as you would expect. The one downfall is that it’s always very busy and can be a long wait. Try to not go during lunch, peak shopping time. Enjoy the food and the indoor setting is great too. ~A

There is no attendants to take your order, you order your own food, but when the food is brought to the counter, the employees have a very bad attitude, off course all of them are under 24 I would say, oh but if there is a good looking girl, there is a couple of guys that won’t take their eyes from there, i really believe management should take a look at this place, oh , I forgot to sat, tables are dirty with marks of the las drinks placed on tables, and trash cans are always full Nasty place to be in Irvine. COME ON GUYS. So when I took my so called chicken burritos to the servers and show the portions on both the attendants were very aggressive and disrespectful, statin that what was I expecting for a Taco Bell Burrito, can you believe it ? ~Joel
