Unprofessional staff. Slow order process and mediocre pizza. Watching two employees hug it out in the back as a line full of customers waits for their orders. I would never come back to this location.

Normally no issues with this location, however they were really struggling today. I pre-ordered pizza on Thursday we’ll ahead of the big game. Unfortunately it appears this location was not prepared. While there seemed to be quite a bit of staff, they didn’t seem to know what to do. It’s as if there was no manager running the show. My order took 25 minutes more than the designated time and while waiting I watched disappointed customer after customer try to get their order. Staff were hiding in the back while lines formed outside with no one willing to manage the registers. I think they were embarrassed! Total mess. Sadly I tipped on Thursday when I pre-ordered…won’t do that again either…

For what it’s worth, the pizza is great, if they get it right…but they won’t. 4 straight orders were wrong, 4 straight, that’s crazy in the food world. You have to have something systemically wrong for that to happen. 2 times they blamed slice and made us take 30 minutes to hash it out with them, 2x it was their fault. Today we showed up to pick up our pizza and they said it would be 30 minutes longer, then came back and brought pizza back and they STILL messed it up. I thought it was only us, but I literally ran into another dad picking up his pizza before me today who said they always mess up his family’s orders too. Hope your luck is better than mine, but probably won’t be.

Great food but one person on cash register only who is handling phone Orders and walk ins. Phone is ringing off the hook and the machines (iPads) are peeping from online order. Inefficient process. #MOODY360TV. You need to hire more people

Their pizza is awesome, but their quality control is awful. We have ordered multiple times and the majority of times something is wrong, missing, etc. One time we got an additional pizza that wasn’t ours, another we asked for regular ranch dressing and got that horrible “creamy” ranch that does not taste good. Tonight the pizza was great but the mixed salad we got was wet and soggy with no tomatoes. From now on we are only ordering pizza.

This place is amazing! The staff is beyond friendly and generous! Went with a group of people right at closing and they were even more hospitable then. We got both vegan pizza and conventional pizza. Both were outstanding. I am allergic to eggs and milk so it's Really nice when I do not have to go somewhere after my friends have eaten or live on French fries. Will defiantly go again!!!
