There is no attendants to take your order, you order your own food, but when the food is brought to the counter, the employees have a very bad attitude, off course all of them are under 24 I would say, oh but if there is a good looking girl, there is a couple of guys that won’t take their eyes from there, i really believe management should take a look at this place, oh , I forgot to sat, tables are dirty with marks of the las drinks placed on tables, and trash cans are always full Nasty place to be in Irvine. COME ON GUYS. So when I took my so called chicken burritos to the servers and show the portions on both the attendants were very aggressive and disrespectful, statin that what was I expecting for a Taco Bell Burrito, can you believe it ?

Customer service is awful I ordered in self kiosk and waited more than 35 minutes to ready my order . My order had 5 meat burritos but all of them they made with beans !

I ordered 12 tacos with sauce packets and not a single sauce packet arrived. Please stop and pay attention to what you're doing. Why would I order 12 tacos and not want sauce. I understand it's late but that's no excuse. I just paid over $30 at your business for food I can't even enjoy and this is the result of that.
