I have been a Curves member since 2006 and my daily 30 minute Smart Circuit workout is geared to my strengths and weaknesses allowing me to get the best type of workout every time I come in. My doctors approve of this workout for me and I have seen great results in losing weight as well as improving my overall strength. I like the approach of Curves because there is always a coach watching you to make sure that you use the machines properly and that you get the maximum results from each machine that you can use. I can't think of anywhere else I would want to go to know that I'm helping myself to be a better me! The staff is great and the ladies that I work out with all encourage one another to reach our goal towards good health. ~pamela

This is the best mechanic shop I have ever been to in my entire life. All those one stars of “they don’t care”, etc are in my opinion, just a bunch of people who don’t know how phones or businesses work. Very friendly people, will answer any questions. They have honored every warranty and even helped me break into my own car after leaving my keys in it while dropping off. Not their fault you don’t know what you’re talking about. Even though I have a young face, I’ve never felt talked down to at all. Which is hard to come by as a young female in this area particularly when dealing with cars. Thank you to the mechanics (don’t know their names) and a huge, amazing shout out to Emily. She’s just a joy and very professional. Dr Stamm and her staff is amazing, they got our cat from stage 3 liver failure up to almost a normal liver, they've treated our dog with allergies with natural medicine instead of pharmaceutical products and they work really well. We also get vaccines from them and they reminded me we can do a blood test for my 12-year-old dog to see if she has enough of one of the vaccines in her so she doesn't need a repeat dose and sure enough after testing she had plenty of the vaccination still in her so why give her more. These doctors are just amazing. You will get the best of both worlds here if you want both worlds or whichever world you want they will provide 😊 😊 ~Julie

My favorite Trader Joe's store! Always a nice atmosphere, clean store layout with everything easy to find. The people working there are friendly and helpful...many have been familiar faces for years. :) Of course the food is great, staples, treats, quick n healthy meals all here, especially helpful are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy free choices. <3 The holidays bring festive traditional treats and natural beauties... colorful plants, flowers, herbs, pumpkins, wreaths, etc..
