Line for the drive thru was long but I had my heart set on a small fry and a regular hamburger, no cheese with a strawberry shake and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend Fair Oaks Coastal Cruisers if you're thinking at all about getting an ebike. My wife and I got to try them out in the parking lot. Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are great! Same or better as buying it yourself, but these are already put together! You get free assembly by buying your bike here. I had bad luck with multiple flat tires at the very beginning, and Ryan replaced the tire twice for free. He's even offered to teach me how to do it myself. He definitely wants customers to have a great time. Great store, great people. Cannot recommend enough. ~Jameson

Call the Area Managers .  Your store is not a friendly place. I was there at 8 p.m. I'm just looking at the promo ice coffee. I'm asking the young guy about the promo. No greeting, no smile , and he doesn't understand me. He's rude, and he's answering the higher voice. And he's face was frowning. And I noticed he's not working. He's talking on the phone using an air pod. I don't want to go there anymore. I don't want to get into a fight and will be stressed. I think he's a fighter not a Clerk ~NO
