Excellent customer service, and best of all, this is a local family business who not only sells, but works on eBikes. I took my RadPower Bike here for service because the Folsom shops turned me away and refused to work on my bike. Not Fair Oaks Coastal Cruisers! I was welcomed and taken care of within a day. They also sell One-Wheels, and other accessories. Super friendly and great people. Definitely plan to have you do all my tweaks, adjustments, and future purchase of a One-Wheel here. I will come here for all my personal electric vehicle needs going forward. Thanks for taking care of me!

I had been in the store before and I wasn’t there to buy anything, and despite that - they were still super helpful and seemed so genuinely happy to answer all of my questions. Today I stopped by again to get a bike lock and alarm system and they were just as outgoing and eager to help. If you’re around the area, even if you don’t have anything in mind that you need from them I would recommend stopping in and just taking a look around the store to see what they have to offer.

I highly recommend Fair Oaks Coastal Cruisers if you're thinking at all about getting an ebike. My wife and I got to try them out in the parking lot. Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are great! Same or better as buying it yourself, but these are already put together! You get free assembly by buying your bike here. I had bad luck with multiple flat tires at the very beginning, and Ryan replaced the tire twice for free. He's even offered to teach me how to do it myself. He definitely wants customers to have a great time. Great store, great people. Cannot recommend enough.

I bought one of their EBikes for my nephew to get back and forth to work. Ryan not only helped us in choosing the bike and explaining everything he also delivered it. Even after we bought it Ryan was there when an issue came up with the battery. He really went above and beyond with his customer service and kindness. Thank you!! Came in to check out Ebikes for my Elderly father . Ryan the owner was very accommodating of my fathers needs . He helped him find the right Ebike for his age and needs . He made my dad feel very comfortable and safe , the best customer service and respect I have seen for a veteran . More important than anything my dads age groups requires in person experience and a place he can call for service or parts that actually answer the phone . Very important for elderly people . He treated my dad with respect and gave him an in person amazing experience. I will definitely be sending him business . Also this is a family owned business .very important when spending your money to support local . This was important for my dad who just had a horrible experience returning an ebike from Amazon , as you know they don’t have people answer they have chat bots which doesn’t work for older people . I wasn't sure about purchasing an E- bike but Ryan and Eric made the experience Awesome!! They were very thourough and knowledgeable about how the bikes worked. Answered all of my questions and i even got take a test run which was quite enjoyable.
