Not sure when Kohl's be amen so high end with prices. Clean store. Staff could careless about customers. While there was a long line 2 women chatted for 5 minutes from their registers about another employee while we waited. The girl in front of me finally just walked up and said are you open and put her stuff on the counter. I was there to return something to Amazon, but I bought a 3 pack of very small.loop fake gold earrings that were on sale but the sale price did not ring up.

Absolutely horrible customer service.. from Diana doing Amazon returns..a elderly couple couldn't get their Amazon return code to pull up on their phone Diana was very unprofessional the older man asked her what to do with the Amazon box? She snatched the box from him and tossed it said we will recycle it. This happened at 10:30am is Sunday 8/14. I would encourage management to review the cameras. I understand places are understaffed and it can cause stress this, however is how to not treat people.

I Love Kohl's but usually go to the one on the corner of colonial and six mile Cypress. But the one off Pine Island was nice. It was going through some remodeling but went shopping for my girls Birthday!!! She was Happy!!

This place has a drop off center for Amazon purchases. Also there are great sales going on all the time. They have a great selection of quality clothing for everyone. I will return again for a great shopping experience.

They are remodeling for a huge sephora.section. It seems like the selection of work clothing is very low. Needed black dress pants for work immediately and only a handful left none in my size. Not happy visit.

Good choice of everything you need (clothes, shoes, household, decorations and more) and good prices. You can bring your Amazon returns there that’s really nice 👍🏼

I don't like the new layout or colors. Too much white and feels unwelcoming. You need more for the young adults other than just Nike and Underarmour. Use to love shopping there, now not so much.
