Great place to find a great deal! The general manager was really nice! Love coming here! The manager is a female, so I think some people have the wrong store. The store on del Prado is great and the female store manager is super nice!!

Dressing rooms finally 👐open...yah... Cheaper items @ thrift stores, if you can find anything in those stores anymore... More staff compared to last year...but they still need more help... America: get back to working & living...+

Overall I usually have a decent experience. The selection is a hit or miss. But their manager (I'm assuming that's his role) is unprofessional and rude. He's a younger bald african american. He absolutely made my experience upsetting with his nonchalant offensive attitude.

The store was moderately busy during my visit. The floors were dirty and discarded hangers and trash littered the floors which hindered the shopping cart wheels. Maybe it was just a one off thing? I don't know but I certainly hope not. My cashier was quick friendly and efficient though which was a pleasant surprise. I'll go back again and see if it's any cleaner next time.

Quality for a fair price. Whether you are stuck on "name" labels or not, you can't leave here without paying for what you get and being comfortable with it. Helpful associates and quite the variety. Also carry bed linens, some electronics, home decorating and kitchen implements.

There's still some good products here for good prices, although when I walked in, and it's been a while since I visited a Ross, I would have sworn I was walking into a store that was going out of business. And in fact, I went back to the front windows to see if I missed the sign. I went first to the men's shoes. There were just a few pairs toward the larger shoes and condensed just a bit toward the smaller end. The shelves on that wall were mostly empty and a few falling on themselves. Then I checked the men's pants and shorts. Again, hardly a thing on the racks and what WAS there were disheveled with different sizes mixed. My girlfriend DID find a couple of good bargains in the way of makeup and hair spray but we really had to dig for them. A gem can still be found in a store like this but you'll be hard pressed to find it.
