This place has gone downhill. The pharmacy is terrible, except for Saul. There is a drive through for the pharmacy with 2 lanes but only chose to use 1 for pickups which causes cars to backup to almost Lakeshore! C’mon guys…get it together. We’re switching over to Rite-Aid.

I primarily go to CVS for my prescription medication. I use the drive thru very frequently. 9/10 times everything goes to plan and I get my meds w/o difficulty. It's usually a smooth transaction that only takes a few minutes of my time.

TERRIBLE pharmacy staff, especially a woman named Laura. I am filing a complaint because this is typical. You can tell CVS corporate headquarters but it will be likely be a waste of time. Take your complaint to the California State Board of Pharmacy and the BBB and then CVS will start listening. BTW, any 5-star review of this pharmacy is suspect, if not outright bogus.

They prefer to run a skeleton crew and have 1 person doing everything. It saves the company money but here I am, have been waiting in line for about 30 minutes while the 1 employee is doing other stuff.

WAITED 15 MINUTES IN LINE FOR THE CASHIER TO CHIT CHAT WITH THE GUEST IN FRONT, WHILE GUESTS REMAINED BEHIND ME! RIDICULOUS!! 0/5! 0/10! 0!!!! WORST CVS AROUND!!!!!!! HIRE NEW STAFF! YOUR BUSINESS IS SUFFERING!

This had been my go to location for YEARS… after my experience twice this week with the same female at the cash register (ANGIE per receipt) I’ll never return. I made a purchase trying to use my coupons under my name as she’s accusing me of them not being mine and she is yelling at me questioning why I have two phone numbers under the same household, making a scene. Sure I let it slide as I’m embarrassed she’s loudly announcing my transaction. 12/09/21 4:02pm I come in 2 days later to return 3 separate items on three separate receipts. To my luck, she helps me again. IMMEDIATELY she raises her voice “these aren’t from here you need to go return them from the store you bought them… I don’t see them on the receipts” clearly these items have the GIANT CVS logo on them. I rearranged the receipts for her so she know which go with the items and ask her to check again. In that moment it’s clear individuals of importance (maybe corporate) walk in and greet her. Her demeanor changes quicker than she blinks. Her voice gets sweet, calm, and welcoming as she starts making my return stating, oh yes I found them here I can make the return for you. She’s the most pathetic hypocrite I’ve ever encountered working in customer service. I let it slide the first time people have bad days, but twice in the same week is unacceptable. Pull the audio up I’m sure you could hear her all the way to the pharmacy. It’s a return, it’s my $10, it’s my experiences in the past that kept me coming back for all my household purchase, but this type of individual ruined my loyalty. You should reconsider your career choice miss Angie, maybe customer service isn’t for you. You should be gratefully I’m not like others who would of screamed at you and made a scene just to make your blood boil. A simple review is what you deserve out of my experience.

Scheduled a COVID booster vaccine for my mother. Got there a couple minutes earlier than the scheduled time. I was told that the person giving the vaccines had already left for the day. To just reschedule the appointment or that I could do a walk In another day. No one called to mention my appointment was cancelled. A simple courtesy call or message would have been perfectly fine especially if the appointment was set one week in advance. To continue on this I was getting messages throughout the day to remind me of the appointment but not once was the cancellation mentioned. Aside from that the girls working the the counter at the pharmacy while watching me wait in line continued to gossip about their weekend instead of even acknowledging I was there!!

Got a photo book made, they assembled ot wrong so the pictures were in the wrong place the cover was in the back. I notified them and the cashier said I can't help you with that right now you can come back. This isn't my mistake to come back to fix it was theirs. Very disappointed in the customer service. Was a regular photo user but will be trying other avenues now

As a long time customer of this pharmacy, I will NOT be returning based solely on the attitude of the female pharmacist on 7/12/2021. I even continued driving an extra 7 miles to this location after I moved. I brought in a new prescription by one of my regular doctors & instead of telling me how she COULD help me, the pharmacist was very negative & proceeded to start the conversation with how she COULDN’T without even looking up my long standing prescription history and insurance information! I have worked for an oral surgeon for years & understand rules and regulations, but on day 1 they teach you basic customer service skills! Don’t start a conversation with negatives! Especially if you haven’t even looked at the issue. She needs to take a sensitivity course ASAP! BTW, I called my insurance and she was wrong! So, all that drama was over her misinformation & bad attitude! Hello, new pharmacy!
