Best grocery store in Bartlett, Tennessee (TN) 2024

So first off, every deal almost requires you to buy 10 of an item. Fine but when it's on ice cream, milk, pies, etc. Who would ever buy 10 at once??? Plus they can't keep it stocked and the self checkout barely works correctly. They no longer have employees check you out at least when I was there they didn't. They are super rude at customer service, I've had to get checks cashed or other things besides returning stuff and they basically treat you like your nothing and pretend to not see me in line. They were talking and finally said why are you standing there you need to come to use! When the sign says do not cross until called upon!!! Ugh this is frustrating ~Ryan

On Thursday June 9, 2022, I went to the Dollar Tree at 6035 Stage Road in Bartlett, TN. to purchase a few household items. (10:17 a.m. Central Time) The cashier was standing at the register. She gave me no greeting and watched me as I went down an aisle. As I was walking, I heard the cashier greet the next customers that entered, and 2 additional customers that entered the store. I finished my shopping and went to the register to check out. Since there was only one register open, I had to checkout with this rude cashier. Still no greeting. She actually checked me out without saying a single word to me. As she was ringing my items, I noticed that she had earbuds in and was on her cellphone. She didn't have on a badge, so I couldn't tell you what her name is. To be perfectly honest, I know retail is not for everyone. It's definitely not for her. The behavior that I received from this cashier left a bad taste in my mouth for Dollar Tree. I'll take my business elsewhere. Much training is needed. Dollar Tree would you please inform your employees that the reason they receive a paycheck is because the customers come in and purchase products. Many businesses in Memphis, Bartlett and the surrounding areas have already shutdown or are on the verge of bankruptcy because of employees like the one that I met today. ~Benetta

The Walmart in the German town area. I mostly visited to return something which I bought from another location. The customer service was great. The staff was efficient and fast. This location was much better than other Walmart’s in the Memphis area. It was much cleaner and well stocked and organised. I visited the restroom too. The restroom was way much cleaner as compared to other Walmart restrooms. ~Debisree
