This was my second attempt to buy tires at this location. The first time they were so slow that I got a refund and went to another location. This time was the same thing. I bought my tires Saturday and they will not be installed until the next Tuesday. And they are in stock. And this was because the customer service rep did not know the tires were in stock. I'm tempted to get another refund. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Get grocery’s at sams but leave the Mecanic work to the mechanics!!!! If I could do no stars I would. My fiancé got a new set of tires and One of the four tires was the wrong size. Also they put a bad valve stem on one of the brand new tires but at least that tire was the correct size. On top of that the gentleman in front of me was having a fit because they did his work on another customers car and he also informed me that the two people in front of him at 7 o’clock in the morning we’re also having major issues. They are so backed up and so busy and 75% of their jobs are fixing all mistakes they make. Honestly I don’t know how they’re still in business. When seven hours had passed and we still hadn’t got a phone call, just change out one tire, she gave them a call and they informed us that the car had been ready for pick up for the last five hours. She asked why She hadn’t gotten a call and they said that they must have forgotten. She just picked it up and needless to say We will NEVER come back and I will For the rest of my life spread the word of how terrible they are. Also some old lady with glasses that works in the tire department is the rudest most stuck up old lady on the planet. Get grocery’s at sams but leave the Mecanic work to the mechanics

Very unprofessional, your wait time will be longer than the service. The service will be poor that you have to come back again. All I needed was for them to look and see that I have a nail and it's on the outside so I need a whole new tire.. 2 hour wait. They don't even carry my tire so I have to wait atleast another week for it to actually get fixed. I can't wait til my warranty is over I will never use this tire and battery center.
