6:30 in the morning and the place is desolate of any type of decent food items, and the fast food place attached is closed as well. Pilot is going to end up like Petro. Next time, i'll wait to get to Raphine. Pitiful Pilot.

Showers aren’t available at night. Good job pilot, terrible service, staff and culture as always. You guys are awful. I hope Love’s buys out PFJ one day as they actually seem to give a little bit of a d*mn about truck drivers. Nothing is so demoralizing as not being able to get a shower in the field. Just one setback after another in trucking.

The girl Tabitha was extremely helpful and great attitude. Just loved her intensity to sell pizza drawing customers in. And I must say the pizza was awesome. I am from New York and this Pilot has it going on. Way to go. Just was curious where all the other workers were hiding. I think she was by herself or everyone went on break at the same time.

Avoid this place like the plague. The Love's that got put in out front snarls traffic coming in and out. Once you get in you're basically trapped. Of course multiple pumps are down and you have to jockey for a spot. Then it's a long walk to the actual store so prepare to wait an eternity for the driver in front of you who made the journey to come back.

Big truck stop, the only wifi working is the one on the right when you first come in though. Parking lot sperated from store. Showers down and bathrooms outside right now

11 Apr 22 Under construction, almost done, gonna be nice. Lot - midsized for PFJ, but more room than most. Store is almost done with remodel, and will be totally updated. A bit of a hike from the lot to the store, but it's covered so that should help in inclement weather. Showers and bathrooms were down when I came through. WiFi doesn't reach the lot.

It's ok they putting hot deli in but taking up to much space with self serve checkout. Poorly thought out and useless. I can understand more cashier stations. Less clutter on the counters. Pilot going down hill.
