With staffing shortages nationwide, it is hard to find good service these days. I was highly impressed with the service received while visiting this store. There was a continous amount of customers coming into the store for different reasons (approximately 15/20 people in a 15min time period) and the phone ringing periodically in the brief time I was there. John solely provided excellent service to everyone in store and on the phone, while multitasking and having a very positive upbeat attitude.

Took an envelope to be returned, the strip didn't reach the end of the fold and seemed like it could tear and items could fall out. I politely asked if he had tape, he said it would cost $1... really??? For just 2 inches of tape, are you kidding me. I asked to cancel the shipment, I will take it home to tape it. Ridiculous. Will NOT go back. Terrible customer service.

I went in with a prepaid package. The lady clerk barely looked at me, stuck out her hand, and placed my package on a stack. I told her I needed a receipt and got a nasty look. I got my receipt but left wondering what might have happened to my package if I hadn't insisted on it.

Had an Amazon return. The gentleman helping me said you're good to go. I asked, "If I may have the receipt". It seemed like it ended his world to print the receipt. He said "It is not a good tracking number you know. It just means you returned it." Good piece of information but thanks for letting me know that abrasively and abruptly. I dread going to this location. I wish there were better-trained customer service staff working here.

Very unprofessional, made me come around the counter to ring myself up as he proceeded to help another customer and then yelled at me when I printed my own receipt. I came in today with a confusing array of Amazon QR codes to return some items. Kim and the manager had an unusually high customer count inside the store already. They were diligent and helpful in getting everything printed and boxed up. Recommend this location highly, nice people.

Customer service here is absolutely spectacular! I stopped there a few weeks ago with an item that needed to be returned to Amazon. I did not have the proper materials to secure the box myself. I fully intended to pay for packaging, however, when I got there I found out that the amount for packaging was too little to use a card (yay for low prices, boo for being a millennial and never having cash). I spent 5 minutes scrounging around my car for actual money, before determining my efforts were fruitless and returning to the store. In that time, he had taken care of the fee, packaged my box, and got it all squared away for shipping. It was truly such a kind gesture- would definitely recommend visiting this store for a top notch experience!

The store is normally great to deal with but Brad the employee I had to deal with today was very rude to me because I didn't have a envelope for a Amazon package that I was trying to return. He told me couldn't return it then told me if I would like to do anything about it he could sell me a envelope to put it in so I asked him which one I needed and he replied don't know I'm not at the envelopes you'll have to find it yourself. I even asked again once I found the envelopes if this one would fit and instead of him coming over to help me he replied again don't know I'm not over there. So needless to say by the time I finished everything up and left it wasn't a great experience and I think Brad could use some training on customer service.

Awesome UPS Store and Staff!!! I love this UPS location the staff and owner are amazing. Kim and Kyrstal are wonderful and such lovely people!!! They didn't have to help - but they did help me as the vendor I purchased the product from insisted I use Fedex to return the item ( I HATE FEDEX - I LOVE UPS ). Also the wait in this store is never a long time so can get in out fairly quickly as the staff keep the line moving fast if there is one. LOVE LOVE THIS UPS STORE and STAFF!!!!

The store is normally great to deal with but Brad the employee I had to deal with today was very rude to me because I didn't have a envelope for a Amazon package that I was trying to return. He told me couldn't return it then told me if I would like to do anything about it he could sell me a envelope to put it in so I asked him which one I needed and he replied don't know I'm not at the envelopes you'll have to find it yourself. I even asked again once I found the envelopes if this one would fit and instead of him coming over to help me he replied again don't know I'm not over there. So needless to say by the time I finished everything up and left it wasn't a great experience and I think Brad could use some training on customer service.

I never want to deal with any other UPS stores but THIS one! The staff is always so nice. Brad helped me today and I have never met someone that had so much patience with me. He literally helped me with EVERYTHING! He was also so prompt and gets it done! There were at least 10 people that came in while I was there and he still managed to help me and them all and nobody had a long wait. That’s what you call GREAT COSTUMER service! There’s another nice lady and gentlemen there too! I just haven’t seen them in awhile but BRAD will help you! Also don’t forget ID if you need to ship something. Thankful I actually had mine on me!!
