Easy process. The sales person Ron Hartlaub was honest, clear in his explanations and on top of my process. He stayed in close communication as we were tracking the progress of this van being built and shipped. My first experience with this dealership and first new car purchase in over 15 years. My husband and I worked with Matt, who was GREAT! Definitely a top notch purchasing experience. We were not able to get there until right before closing, but I had worked with Matt over the phone during the day to get things coordinated for test drive and purchase. He had all the paperwork ready for us, and we were in and out in about ~45 minutes. Matt even stayed until after 5 to accommodate us. Also, the truck we purchased was reasonably priced!
