Best auto body shop in Staunton, Virginia (VA) 2024

As most of you know the service industries have gone down hill. I took my 2016 Corvette Z06 here for the first time. Delt with Donnie in service. Great person! He called and followed up and made my experience a great one. He took care of everything and did exactly what he said he would do. Streamlined my process. Can not thank him and the technician enough. It makes you feel good when you have good people helping you. ~John

My experience here was somewhat mixed. The office staff was friendly, and so was the shop manager. I did have an issue with the work which resulted in me having to take the car back to them. The primary issues were a mismatch of paint, as well as alignment issues. There were other small things addressed as well. They were willing to sort it out and did sort out most of it, but stated that due to other parts of the car having been painted previously, they would not be able to make everything match perfectly. I can understand this to a degree with some understanding of the need for blending. The paint in my eyes doesn't match much better if at all than in the photo, but everything else seems to be fine now. I did not push harder for the paint correction after receiving it the second time however, so it may be that they would have fixed it. Ultimately the car is for a teen driver, and it has some value in being a reminder to watch out where they are going! In this instance, I would have rated the shop a 3.5 star, but as I had dealt with them before where I would have given them 5 stars, I will give them a 4 overall.
