The worst auto body shop! My husbands truck incurred hail damage and took it to Joe Hudson to have it repaired. We were told it would be 2 weeks. The day arrived for us to pick the truck up and they hadn’t even started on it! It had been sitting in their garage for 2 weeks with nothing done too it. All Mike could do was blame it on another contractor. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO JOE HUDSON COLLISION CENTER!

Had a standing appointment for a month and half to get our sons car repaired. Took it there on 2/23/22 and called on 3/14/22 to check if it was ready... they have done nothing to it. Claimed they didn't have an estimate yet from Progressive but they already did an estimate AND paid us out for repairs in January when they made the appointment.

My experience here was somewhat mixed. The office staff was friendly, and so was the shop manager. I did have an issue with the work which resulted in me having to take the car back to them. The primary issues were a mismatch of paint, as well as alignment issues. There were other small things addressed as well. They were willing to sort it out and did sort out most of it, but stated that due to other parts of the car having been painted previously, they would not be able to make everything match perfectly. I can understand this to a degree with some understanding of the need for blending. The paint in my eyes doesn't match much better if at all than in the photo, but everything else seems to be fine now. I did not push harder for the paint correction after receiving it the second time however, so it may be that they would have fixed it. Ultimately the car is for a teen driver, and it has some value in being a reminder to watch out where they are going! In this instance, I would have rated the shop a 3.5 star, but as I had dealt with them before where I would have given them 5 stars, I will give them a 4 overall. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am extremely pleased with Joe Hudson's Collision Center. Brianna was welcoming, competent, friendly, and informative. The repair and paint job were excellent. The paint was matched perfectly. We were given a detailed invoice, and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time especially given the amount of damage. They even detailed the inside of my car which made it look better than it has since I bought it. I highly recommend Joe Hudson's Collision Center.

They were extremely professional. Quick quote and dealt fully with insurance. They took the car on time and gave updates with each stage and frequent updates as it was finishing up. They finished a day earlier then quoted and the car looked brand new! Very pleased with everyone at Joe Hudson’s and would definitely use again if I needed vehicle and body work done.

I wish I could give negative stars.. I will NEVER use or recommend this place to anyone. My car was brought here after a accident. My trunk and doors had gaps in them. My backseat was not installed properly. When my concerns and issues were brought to the manager's attention all he would say is "It's normal and all parts don't line up evenly". My car was lined up properly when I bought it. And all they would ask me for was my money even before showing me my car. I have pictures and measurements of ALL of my complaints and issues. Guess doing insurance claim work pays to be crooked. And then after my insurance paid you, you then tacked on yet another thousand dollars to my insurance for what YOU screwed up!!!
