Slow. Everyone was waiting in line for two people to help one guy get a thumb drive. You can ask the next customer to go instead of watching your boss get someone a thumb drive

I went Friday to get something printed and there was a young man working the front he was very knowledgeable I was impressed with his ability to handle multiple customers and the quality of the customer service was impressive. Even he had a difficult customer was holding up the line he went around and attended everybody else she got her head together. That young man deserves a raise because I work in customer service I would hire him for my property it's good when you see someone with good customer service good leadership skills. I will definitely come here again

Jason went out of his way to help me when I didn't even have to ask. I was having issues with the self printer and he came over and asked if I needed any assistance, which I did. He helped me print them out properly and even stapled them for me 🙏 HE DESERVES A RAISE ✨️ I've never had ANY EMPLOYEE be helpful OR friendly to me while at Office Depot so it was very nice experience! Thanks Jason!! 😊

Great experience! I had trouble sending them my file because it was too big to email and I have a MACBook, which requires a dongle to use a usb flash drive. The clerk helped me and worked with me until we solved to problem. He had a wonderful and professional attitude and his customer service was excellent!

David and Cathy were amazing! They were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, accommodating, they valued us and didn’t speed us through the process. They were amazing, swift but with ease and kindness. The crossroads/balcony heights location is a hidden gem!

As with Office Depot stores generally, the inventory selection in them continues to narrow even as the prices continue to ascend. It's not like the Office Depot that existed, and which I patronized by choice, for all those years. My default used to be Office Depot when it came to office-related products. No longer. I am sorry to say that it now is that outfit with the grey Mercedes vans that drive all over the place. Update a few months later. Now it's worse I received a copy center job that was so hopelessly bungled that a thousand monkeys with a thousand typewriters would have had a better chance of producing one of Shakespeare's plays than the chance I had of getting a proper result. It is a sad thing to see a once laudable outfit as Office Depot fall so low.

Ordered printing ahead of time for quick pickup and they didn’t have my order ready despite sending me a text that it was done. The line was a good 30 minute wait at least. That’s for wasting my time. I will try to avoid Office Depot in the future.

Today I needed to print and mail my tax return. As soon as I stepped in the door, Jason offered his assistance with printing, getting stamps and an envelope and encouraged me so much! He is a genuine asset for OD. Also Isaac offered cheers. These 2 work well together.
