Fantastic Service from very knowledgeable folks! I own a landscaping business in the area and I will ONLY be going to Greenhill Farms for equipment purchases or repairs! They won my business for life yesterday (11/7/21) with a simple act of neighborly kindness. I highly recommend Greenhill Farms! Absolutely the best in the area! They sell several brands of equipment as well as repair and service them. I am partial to Echo and Stihl equipment and these guys know their stuff inside and out!

I had my rear tires filled with Rimguard for ballast. Every employee was friendly and welcoming. I wish I could say the same thing about the places that sell green tractors. If I ever get rid of mine I may very well get an orange one from these nice folks.

Had another lackluster experience with the parts counter. Employee told me a rebuild kit wasn't available although I already knew that it was. Said all he could get me was the entire part at 4x the cost. He wasn't able to tell me what all was included for the price. When I asked for the part number to look it up myself I was told they don't give out part numbers. Fair enough. I spoke to another local dealer and sure enough he confirmed there was a rebuild kit. Parts employee knew his stuff and I didn't feel like I was talking to a wall. This is not the first time I have gotten the run around from Greenhill's parts department. They simply do not seem to have employees at the parts counter that know much unless they can see it on their computer. I ended up buying all of my filters through the other dealer while I was there and will do so in the future. Our tractor was purchased from Greenhill but the next one will come from anywhere but.

Owning and managing a landscaping business is tough thing!! But Green Hill has always given me fantastic service and has went above and beyond to help this business to keep moving and stay profitable! And not just me, I've seen it shown to every person that comes to them!
