Hasan is AMAZING! Great customer service and very helpful. So patient with my teen picking her phone last time. I actually pay in store instead of online because he's just so pleasant. Great job Hasan, keep up the great work

Poor service. The lady behind they counter is ALWAYS giving false information. NEVER provides the same price. If I could have given ZERO stars, I would have. I was told I would receive a certain plan for adding a line and that information was FALSE. Also when I asked the total price for adding a line that day, I was told $70. But I don’t trust her because again SHE LIES!! She called her Sup to have him back up her lie, when I said I didn’t want to hear anymore of their lies and only want my service connected, she then refused service. That’s fine because I went to another location. At a different location I only paid $50 to add a line. Why the extra padding from the FM 2978 location?? Everything is always higher and again the prices are never the same. Also other locations will give you more phone choices. I DO NOT recommend this location. Locations like this makes T-Mobile look bad.

We came in to purchase 2 phones for our kids for Christmas and the sales lady was very nice and knowledgeable about the phones and plans. The store was clean and there were plenty of phones to look at before purchasing. We will come back as we've had Metro PC's for a long time and we like the prices and service.

I have visited many phone stores... Many providers and metro has proven to be the best. Ali literally bends over backwards to help me. And if another customer comes in he handles them at the same time. No wait time.
